Keith in sales was very welcoming and friendly from the start helping me overcome difficulty with my Experian account and assisting in transferring my insurance. Mike in finance explained every paper clearly and providing guidance to registering the vehicle out of state. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs added. We were traveling and battery was causing trouble. Took to Miller they jumped on it. They installed a new battery and took care of several problems we were having.

Using your Mobile Service was a great idea. It was amazingly convenient and efficient. Also, your associate who performed the service was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and effective. (I wish I could remember his name - Tim, maybe?) Anyway, it was a great experience- keep up the good work!

Took my car in for a noise in my front end. Thinking it was my brakes I was OK with them doing a brake job (which was due). Picked up car and the thumping is still there and even worse now. Place hasn’t been the same since John Pod left there a few years back.
