Write a reviewGreat family owned place!!
Just purchased a Honda Civic 2006 and couldn't be happier! From when i walked in they treated me like family, understood what i wanted in a car and gave me options. The car is in great condition, no problems with low miles. Being my first time buying a car I was nervous but my friend pointed me in the direction of D'more Auto and now I will strongly recommend them to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle! Great employees and great work .

Horrible place!!
Went there to see a Saab.It was advertised as immaculate condition. The fan did not work, right windshield wiper did not operate, sunroof did not close. Also, low coolant light on.In my opinion, this place is what gives used car lots their reputation.Stay Away!!!!

Thank you for your extremely accurate review 1Pilot. I am not sure where you saw that the vehicle was advertised as being in "immaculate" condition since it is not a word we would ever use. When you are browsing the market for a 2006 Saab which is over 11 years old it cannot possibly be immaculate. In your extremely accurate review you forgot to mention that the vehicle had all brand new tires, all brand new rotors and pads, brand new springs and other suspension components. If you are in the market for an AERO saab then you would know that it is typical for coolant expansion tanks to crack over time. This vehicle was no different, that is why we installed a brand new expansion tank along with new coolant lines and the sensor that came with the new coolant tank was defected that is why our sales person brought that up to your attention that we had to address a couple of last items on the vehicle prior to sale. Usually Saab parts have to be ordered in and there is a couple of days of wait on them. We apologize that an older vehicle was not perfect in your opinion but we did let you know these things are still being addressed. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I'm not an easy customer: their service is amazing
I wasn't an easy customer but they made my purchase fully worth my while. ... We called in the morning and they waited after hours for me. (We also had put some money down to reserve it). They held off on selling the car to others, who were offering more, because they had already promised it to me and were going to stand by their word. I came in and kept them there for hours. They filled out all of the paperwork for me. I signed it and bought a warranty. Then I changed my mind right after because I decided the car was out of my budget. Talk about making it hard on the dealer (and owner). He was utterly patient with me and wanted me to be happy I purchased a car, not worried, so he shredded the signed contract. ... Even after that my girlfriend I came back the next day to look at it again. The owner could tell I loved the car but was still really unsure. He offered to adjust the contract to satisfy my concerns. Ready to say "yes," I asked for a few minutes to talk about it with my girlfriend. Almost half an hour later he came over and told us he didn't want us to leave unhappy even if it meant we didn't buy a car from him. This meant he was going to take a loss because he had already turned down other buyers for it. ... He offered us two choices: give us a full refund of what we put down, or help us find a car on his lot that was in my budget and I would be happy with. We decided to look around before we took back our money. Why? Because I want to do business with people that are as service-oriented as the owner is (he stands behind his word). We found a Honda with leather seats, low mileage, good gas mileage, good handling, in nearly mint condition and with a great CarFax report. He understood our budget and lowered his cost, as well. Because I had bought a warranty on the other car and it was a non-refundable purchase (through an outside company) he threw in a warranty on the new car at no extra cost. ... I cannot say enough good about this dealer and I recommend him to anyone. I work for a non-profit in Boston whose purpose is to help the world. I like to think of myself as helpful and honest. The owner, Dimitri, proved himself to be as helpful and honest as I like to think that I am. What more can you want from a used car dealer. If you want to get a great car for a reasonable price and with a man that stands behind his word, D'Amore is for you.
