Very welcoming.

Very welcoming. Listened to me. I had a confusing software issue and Ben worked relentlessly until it was resolved. Very impressive. This was my third time to have service and each time was better than the last. I drive nearly an hour and will do it again.

Great staff and friendly. Fast and offers easy access in your phone regarding repairs and costs up front. Notifies your phone when vehicle ready for pickup.

Ford of Columbia was AWESOME!

Ford of Columbia was AWESOME!!! We were looking for a Maverick, and they showed us three to four of them. We found one we liked, and they went to work on it. The staff was WONDERFUL. Ashley got us going at first, and the finance people, Steve and Adam, quickly set us up with a payment we could accept. I would HIGHLY recommend Ford of Columbia for your next vehicle. The only thing I'd change... is for them to have soft drinks instead of water for customers to drink. 😂

The dealership was great start to finish.

The dealership was great start to finish. The check-in was nice and smooth and they kept me updated on the progress. Once the recall was done they had me out the door and on my way quickly!
