    Due to a conflict I had to buy our new van without my husband. Brian from sales was wonderful. He was still with another customer when my appt time started... but he made sure to acknowledge me and allowed me to look at the car while he finished up. I felt comfortable with Brian, he seemed honest and forthcoming. I didn't feel any pressure. Chris from finance was also top knotch. He knew my budget and did his best to stay within it. Again, I felt very comfortable and no pressure. They had a very large inventory of vehicles at great prices - I did a TON of research before we "pulled the trigger" on a new car. They will be my first stop in the future for car buying.

    We drove up to Napleton's from Chicago because they had the best prices we had found for the vehicle we were planning to buy. Jimmy Budelier was a fantastic... sales representative. He was prompt, conscientious, followed up regularly (but not anywhere near the amount that would have been annoying. Jimmy responded rapidly to every question we had beyond our first visit for our first test drive, and he helped us effectively plan our trip up to test drive each available vehicle and then to purchase the one that best suited us. Jimmy was patient, attentive, and respectful of giving us space to discuss as well as non-intrusive on test drives. He gave excellent directional instructions as well. Jimmy recognized that we were well-researched shoppers and met us where we were and with the space that shoppers like us need; we prefer to reflect, discuss, and then ask more questions, all of which Jimmy was easily able to answer. Everything we requested, Jimmy had for us within minutes at the dealership, and his responses when we were communicating via email/phone from Chicago were prompt and informative. We found the purchase process with managers and finance folks frustrating, as the manager/finance guy played the typical, "If you don't want to buy this for extra--I mean, doesn't this sound good to you???--then I'll have to talk to my manager" kinds of games, and, at nearly 9pm, when we had over a 2 hour drive home, the procedures the dealership has in place to say, "Hey...we'll give you a *deal* on this thing you don't want!" just took up extra time and extra rounds of us saying no and no and no over and over. I know it's a standard and common dealership tactic, but it's coercive, frustrating, tiring, and entirely a waste of our time, and particularly difficult to stomach when we are clear about WHY we don't want your fancy extra package on a vehicle unlikely to need those services (some of which are, again, 2 1/2 hours away because we drove there from Chicago). If we thought we'd need the additional warranty before 100,000 miles, well, that would indicate that we weren't buy a *Toyota*, which we're buying specifically BECAUSE those repair needs are rare on Toyotas at that vehicular age. tl;dr: Jimmy is an excellent sales representative, dealership had excellent prices, excellent vehicles available, beautiful facilities, frustrating purchase process (industry typical but infuriating nonetheless), and the dealership (especially Jimmy) had overall had excellent communication and follow-up over the week we were shopping and narrowing our search to a vehicle at Napleton.

    Jimmy was a great salesman to work with. He spent a lot of time in the cold with us and answered all our questions. The paperwork process is rather cumbersome... considering we were paying cash. Seeing as how companies like Carvana can do all their paperwork on line and will deliver to your house, they should be more accommodating, especially with Covid. The truck could have been cleaned better as well. Overall would still recommend them, especially Jimmy the salesman.

    January 9, 2021

    My appointment was scheduled online for 1:00pm on a Saturday. I called the dealership 1 hour in advance to confirm that the vehicle was onsite and available... for test drive. It was. We arrived at 1:00pm and it took 25 minutes for them to get us a sales rep. The sales rep did NOT know about our appt. Also, he checked for the vehicle and came back to say it was not available for a test drive. We challenged that and he worked it out with his sales manager. It took him a while to find the vehicle but after we, the vehicle was not ready for us. The outside had been washed but the inside had lots of visible dog hair. The test drive went fine and our sales rep was satisfactory. After returning home, we got a call from a different sales rep wondering when we were coming in for a test drive. A complete breakdown in communication. The sales manager then called us. He apologized but had too many excuses for our experience. Overall, it was very disappointing.

    I was in on Saturday January 2,2020 for a trunk issue, advised nothing was wrong. Use a little muscle and it should be ok, wrong. Trunk is broken now.... Wrong diagnosis, and told me I had no more warranty, lies as well. My local Toyota was able to find my extended warranty. All they said was they are sorry and if I wanted to bring back my vehicle for them to look at again. Sorry, I will never be coming back to Toyota of Brookfield!

    Visited this dealership to test drive a few SUV’s. Suni helped us and was great. I appreciated the ability to make an appointment and that many safety... measures were in place at the dealership. Unfortunately I have been to other dealerships where people were not being safe or wearing masks, so I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at Toyota of Brookefield. We haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, but we would definitely go back to Suni when we do.

    Worked with Arturo today and he worked his butt off for our sale today. Had no intention of purchasing today, and he worked with his team at Toyota of... Brookfield ensure it happened. Polite and not pushy but honest and helpful. He spent a total of 5.5hrs with us (before signing) to get to the deal. If he didn't know and answer he would learn and report back promptly with a demonstration or explanation. I appreciate all the effort and I would recommend him to other potential buyers!
