Liars

Initially the experience was ok, but e went in on August 18th to purchase a vehicle and things seemed to be legit, but it wasn’t. Let me start by saying it’s hot and they did not have any bottles of water or a water fountain. The building was hot on the inside, no privacy when discussing personal matters, the computer I used for my application had other people information on it, they left someone’s DL copy and application on the counter for anyone to see. With much back and forth with financing my partner and I was “approved” for the vehicle. That was on a Sunday, on Wednesday we received a phone call to either finance the car in my name only or to return the car within 24 hours. After calling my bank and being approved for a loan I tried all day to call them to see what was the rate and terms of the loan they approved me for. I spoke with someone at the end of the day and all they said was come in and we will work on it. Between that Sunday and until that Wednesday my credit was pulled over 10 times. We returned the vehicle that Thursday and received our down payment back with much hesitation and runaround. At this point the customer service was not good at all and the process took well over an hour. During this time of waiting my partner and I saw a man walking around with a code reader that makes codes disappear. The man worked there and was pulling cars back and forth. We know this because of the kind of work my partner does and when the man walked in he saw the reader around his neck clearly. Also, come to find out the car we had has a lot of mechanical issues that they did not report. Fast forward to weeks later I find out they are still pulling my credit and for various vehicles on the lot. I will be reporting them to BBB.

My Malibu

I bought my Malibu here and as soon as i seen it i knew it was the one. Everything from the test drive to buying the car went perfectly. The car was in what i believe Best Condition! Only thing that went wrong was the battery had a bad cell in it, but that was mentioned when we first bought the car. Lui, the owner, helped reimburse me for the cost of the new battery. I would most definitely be back to purchase my next car from here!!!

Happy Customer

I have bought 2 cars from AutoMax recently. Couldn't ask for nicer people or more honest people to do business with. Both cars are great vehicles and will purchase from therm again when we need something.

Not the place you want to buy from

Not a very honest person. Does not come clean about the problems with the cars. Yes he will assist you in getting repairs,but the amount of repairs is abundant. The quality of the repairs is minimal. I certainly would not recommend his car lot to anyone. I still need repairs on my vehicle but I am paying a car note each month. He is quick to remind you that you purchased a "used car"! That is understood but when you are paying close to the amount for a new car for a used car that needs multiple repairs, it's a problem!
