He took the time to explain all of our options and worked with us until we found the best deal that fit our needs. I started out talking to the dealer I purchased my last new vehicle from. They seem to have short term memory loss each time they reached out to me asking what I was looking for. I gave Cedar Park and Gareth a shot. He was very friendly and always kept track of where I was at in my decision making process and politely followed up with me based on our conversations. I would absolutely recommend Gareth to anyone looking for a new Toyota vehicle!

As I have been a customer for over 4 years now and I have witnessed a decrease in service and care for customers. I have had numerous calls unreturned and been blown off by more than one service employee. Yesterday 06/29 I took my truck in for regular maintenance and for the third straight time I have had to have them correct the air pressure in the tires after a rotation. I’m curious if the oversight in something this easy leads to cutting corners on larger issues within this side of service. I know it’s all about the money and how many more things you guys can add to a ticket, but it is starting to show that we as customers are just a number and the care in work and craftsmanship is decreasing. I left a 5 star review four years ago and now I’m in the verge of leaving a 1 star. I will be taking my four vehicles elsewhere where I feel my decision to take my car in is valued and not just a cattle call.

Long story short .
Long story short . I went to this location with no problem with my car for a basic oil change. I left with a dead battery that needs to be replaced , and oil pan replacement required . After all the offers and discounts ,,I’ll still need to pay 1000 without tax to get that fixed. Of course ,,they are blaming on it being old car. But of course not their mistake
