I purchased my new 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer from my

I purchased my new 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer from my Salesman John Fancsali and his Sales Manager Alan David. It was, as always, a no pressure wonderful buying experience. They worked out a great deal that fit my budget and John took a lot of time going over the vehicle with me before driving off the lot. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go see him.

Clean and courteous.

Clean and courteous. I have always gotten good service at this dealership. Pick me up and take me home service. Josh fully explains what is to happen and asks for approval.

I would like to thank Donna Hixon in the Service

I would like to thank Donna Hixon in the Service Department for taking care of a ongoing problem with my truck. Donna was easy to deal with and understood my issue with the problem. If there was a 10 out of 10 star rating she deserves it.

My mother has always kept up with her oil changes.

My mother has always kept up with her oil changes. Even more frequent than most because she only puts about 2,000 miles on her Chevy Cruise a year yet she worries. We asked for an oil change and new filter. We sure got charged for it but got neither. If you take your vehicle here please mark all parts that need replaced with a UV pen. Because they robbed us of almost $80 just to top off some windshield wiper fluid but DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE ON THE CAR. Can and will share the invoice and what was retrieved out of the car the day it broke down cause they decided to rip my momma off. JUST CAUSE YOU HAVE A VAGINIA BETWEEN YOUR LEGS DOESNT MEAN THAT WE ARE VULNERABLE! Check your service staff. Otherwise I'll do everything I can to keep people away from this thief. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!

Blazer Service Excellent!

Blazer had a minor pull to the right after 48K miles. Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Drives like new again. Great overall service! Highly recommend Riverview!

Repair Fraud Alert

ZERO stars should be available for criminal enterprises like this one. Crooks at the time of signing - I was told they could keep my payment under "X", and then was told it needed to be $25 higher. And, the manager had left for the day, so nobody was there to approve the lower payment. Again, crooks when it comes to repairs. Paid $1600+ a few days before Christmas to fix an oil leak. This presumably included pressure testing, etc, to find the leak. EIGHT DAYS LATER, the car has an oil leak STILL. The service manager told me it would not be covered, because "It must not have been leaking from there" EIGHT DAYS PRIOR !!!! So, warranty on repairs is non-existent. This matters when buying a xxx American car that will only give the worst warranty in the business (3/36). PLUS, Chevy "simply could n ot help" because all locations are owned independently. Nice cop-out on their end, too. To summarize, xxx car, xxx repairs with no warranry, xxx people working at this dealership. After 4 days, still no further word from the repair fraud manager !!!!!
