I bought my car at this dealership and I continue to take my car to get serviced. I have never been disappointed.

The staff was friendly. My technician who changed my oil and completed a tire rotation stated he topped off all of the fluids. However that did not happen. My washer fluid was left half full. When I questioned this another guy told me to pulled into the service bay and he tipped off the fluid. I wouldn’t care but they changed me about $150 to complete an 6qt oil change and tire rotation. I only go to the dealer because my truck is under warranty. While I was waiting I had to use the restroom. For some reason they shut the water off to the building and I was unable to flush and barely able to wash my hands. Which is completely unsanitary and embarrassing. This also left ALL of the customers (young and old) along with staff no way to use the restroom or access to drinking water. If you are going to shut the water off you need to provide proper restroom access or do the work after hours. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed.

Got me in and out of service in a timely manner. Thank you for the speedy response.

Went to get new tires my appointment was at 8:30 on a Friday I was ask to leave the car overnight witch I was ok with, Friday come and I was waiting for my vehicle to be done I called in around 4pm asking if the vehicle was done and they said yes they was going to call me so I can pay when they call back they ask to leave my vehicle again overnight and left me without a vehicle for another night witch I had to pay to go get my vehicle in the morning.

Why after you get an oil change. Do they give you a coupon for free tire rotation with oil change? Why not offer it to loyal customers?

We scheduled an oil change and check up. Took our truck in right away and didn't take long to have everything completed....little over an hour.

Well satisfied with service department and related staff. A visit here is always enjoyable and affordable as well as the professionalism shown by all staff members.

Service person was very helpful and informative and courteously ? have used this location to buy most of my vehicles and they are always nice to deal with for our purchases

The service was good, quick and the problem was corrected. The dealer was very accommodating.
