This dealership will do anything for a quick buck.

This dealership will do anything for a quick buck. Including stabbing you in the back. Found a vehicle we were extremely interested in through this dealership. I called that day three different times with different questions regarding the vehicle. I explained I would be coming from out of state (4.5hours away). I also had been connected to a sales rep who sent me an email with a video of the vehicle too. I then called and made an appointment to come see the vehicle and test drive it for the following day. The text message even mentioned how we were considered a “vip appointment” since we were coming out of town and I was told on the phone, the vehicle would be moved to the side and set on a hold to ensure it would be available for us to see since we were traveling to come see it. The next day I received three text messages and a phone call stating how the vehicles was ready for us (last text being at 3:10). We arrived (cash already withdrawn and ready for business) at 4:25 for our appointment only to find out the vehicle had been sold. The woman who was “helping” us then proceeded to try and get me to see a $40k vehicle (the one we came to see was priced at $13k…..doesn’t exactly match). I explained that was out of our price range and she then tried to push leasing it on us since “payments would make it cheap”. When I declined doing the lease option, she then turned towards my husband and asked him instead. Needless to say we left empty handed and very disappointed we had wasted our Saturday, gas, and had been away from our kids. A sorry excuse for customer service.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. Thanks Terrence, you are my go to whenever I come to Conyers Honda. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

Took my car and key and wouldn't give them back until I

Took my car and key and wouldn't give them back until I threatened to call police. Promised they performed a multi-point inspection but I had to have $3000+ in front end repairs before it could be aligned.

Scam artists!

Dont work with them, they bait and switch! Emailed ready to buy, once on the phone with the sales manager Freddie, he raised the price 2 times after I said I want to buy it, when I rejected his increases, they stopped responding or answering texts or calls! SHADY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

WOMEN DON’T GO!!

Tan (sp?) preys on women and he is dishonest. On Saturday, 2/12/22, he created a $4800 work order stating several items were a safety hazard. After adamantly stating stop all work and put everything back as it was found when driven into the service dept, an unnecessary alignment was done. The car was taken to a licensed mechanic for a second opinion - rack and pinion not leaking, power steering and water pumps fine. Definitely reporting this business to the BBB for unethical business practices. A total disgrace to the Honda brand and Stonectest, GA. Really wish I could give ZERO stars.

BUYERS BEWARE OF SHADY FINANCE FEES!!!

My daughter went to purchase a 2020 CRV and at the table was told besides the usual tax, tag title and dealers fee, she would have to pay a "car shortage fee" (because of THEIR shortage of used vehicles) in the sum of $2k. She was also being charged for the tint THEY put on the vehicle above the sales price. And last she would have to pay for LoJack they just placed on the car when she advised the sales man she did not want it. This was also above the sales fee. The total of all these extra fees they tacked on to benefit the dealership was almost $4k. I would look else where at a dealship that does not charge you all these surprise fees

Poor customer service

I have serviced my Honda vehicles with Honda of Conyers which was their old name for over 20 yrs, however after name change the experience is not good. Tried to reach service manager over 2 wks but my calls are not returned. This is no way to do business & shows lack of respect for customer. I'm wondering if I should take my business elsewhere & if its worth driving that far for such service. As a customer wasn't even notified they were moving. I'm trying to decide if I should take my business elsewhere

Honda Conyers - THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR HONDA

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

Poor communication, Bait and Switch Dealer

Usual dealership bait and switches. They don't advertise they add a premium package to their vehicles which you'll need to negotiate against (it adds approx $1100 to the overall price). Several accessories in the car's walkthrough video weren't available when I arrived. Multiple calls to the dealership to get some answers to particular questions. Reps claimed they'd help with any issue (I live a ways from Conyers) in case something went wrong with the vehicle. 2 weeks after purchase, the battery has gone out, with proof / notation from the mechanic, and they wouldn't budge on any reimbursement. It's irritating how businesses can get away with this sort of service and won't ever see an impact to their bottom line, and they know it.
