I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that... they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.
Usual dealership bait and switches. They don't advertise they add a premium package to their vehicles which you'll need to negotiate against (it adds approx... $1100 to the overall price). Several accessories in the car's walkthrough video weren't available when I arrived. Multiple calls to the dealership to get some answers to particular questions. Reps claimed they'd help with any issue (I live a ways from Conyers) in case something went wrong with the vehicle. 2 weeks after purchase, the battery has gone out, with proof / notation from the mechanic, and they wouldn't budge on any reimbursement. It's irritating how businesses can get away with this sort of service and won't ever see an impact to their bottom line, and they know it.
I had a great experience. I was upside down with my trade. My sales person, the sales manager & the finance manager all worked hard to make a sale. ... I m very pleased with my deal. The staff there will do everything they can to accommodate the customer.
2 hours ago Spent the afternoon negotiating in good faith on a 2020 Civic Sport. Finally got the deal done and agreed to everything when my salesman came... back and said he was sorry but they negotiated the wrong vehicle. I had driven and negotiated on the Sport. After everything was agreed on they said their numbers were on a LX I never looked at or drove the LX... only the Sport, so I’m wondering how this can happen. My salesman accepted responsibility and said it was his fault but I disagree. He has been there a long time, including when I bought a new 2007 Civic EX in 2006 or 2007 and when I bought a Accord Coupe EX-L with V-6 a few years later. He is as much a gentleman now as I recall him being then , even though he wasn’t my salesman. We tried to buy a 2017 Civic EX here in 2017 but their addendums forced us to go to Son’s Honda to buy it. We got a great deal there and it was all on the up and up. The management here seems to not be on the up and up. Very very disappointed in our hometown Honda dealer, Conyers Honda. I’ll still get a Civic Sport or possibly the Nissan Altima and hopefully the management will there will negotiate with dignity Cudos to my salesman! Although you were undermined by management, you are a class act sir! I won’t name this person because I don’t want anyone assuming I’m thinking negatively if him in any way
My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He... also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.
Social distancing, additional seating outside would be nice. Several of us just wondered the lot while waiting because there are only 2 benches.
Awesome service! They really care! One little mishap with resetting my radio but overall great team and I trust my car with them. Pedro was the best rep!!
My car was towed to Honda Conyers and it arrived at 6:00 p.m. just as they were closing. Although it was closing time, Jesse, called to speak with me about... the next steps. He advised me of other items that were under warranty. The communication was constant and my car was promptly repaired. When I arrived to pick up my car, Jesse met me at the cashier window to reiterate what had been done. Jesse was professional and courteous. There were no surprises. The quoted price was adhered to and my car it running great!
They're the BEST!! I've been using them since 2008 exclusively. Nice folks, no surprises, good explanations for what is needed.
I took my car in for the 15,000 mile service. I met with the service advisor, Jesse. He was smiling and very pleasant as he greeted me. He took time to... explain what services are usually performed at this time and about how long it would take to complete the service. He said an alignment is recommended and I should consider having it done. The waiting area was clean and seating comfortable. As he escorted me to the cashier he informed me that he had given me a complimentary oil change! He very patient with me as asked questions concerning my car. Thanks you Jesse
