Everyone was great.

Everyone was great. To be totally honest the only name I remember is Kim. She was the face of my purchase. She is why I chose Hardy. That being said, everyone was fantastic and the entire process was smooth. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Unhelpful and No Communication involved.

Unhelpful and No Communication involved. Purchased a car, that we paid in full, on the first week of May and didn't receive the title till 6 months later. They sold a car to me that they didn't have the title to, but were very quick to take the payment for sure. We had to call each time to know the status on our plates and title, but it was always a "WHO KNOWS" type of response each time and a "I'll call you tomorrow" with no phone call the next day. I went to them each time and wasted my time, hardy never gave a courtesy call on their time. There was always a contradicting excuse from one manager to the another. They were buying time for themselves. I should've asked about hardy dealership, seems like several people have had an issue with them according to the lawyer. I went through six months frustration, no sense of communicating from them, and hired a lawyer to finally get my title and plates.

I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and

I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and never have I had such a terrible experience full of deceit and ineptitude. Then, after asking for some type of resolution, I am ghosted by the salesperson. I ordered the vehicle from out of state because of the color combination. The dealer did not disclose any of the damage, nor did they even vacuum the car before shipping it! It was absolutely disgusting… sticky dash, muddy doors, and stained seats. Most dealers detail or at least vacuum. I sent pictures and follow ups, and nobody is even got back to me. Do not buy from this “family” of dealers. All of them worked together to deceive me. So sad. If you do, be very cautious and guarded. Question everything and make sure you are complete at point of sale, because they do not stand behind their service, even when proven wrong. They also said (in text), “it will have a full tank of gas”. It arrived with the gas light on. So many lies.

Hardy had the car I wanted and gave me a very fair deal

Hardy had the car I wanted and gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in. I was treated with respect by everyone I dealt with, no pressure from anyone, and can absolutely recommend them as a dealer.

Robert Glover was really great with me and my mom.

Robert Glover was really great with me and my mom. I went there with the intention of getting a trade in value for my kia and walked out with a brand new car! My mom returned and bought a new car from him two days later. He was really kind and patient, and had no issue with answering all of our questions. If I ever need to make another car purchase, I know who to go see.
