This was hands down the WORST experience we've EVER had with any mechanic. This was at the Conway, NH location. We brought a vehicle to them and paid $ 3000 to get it fixed. Two days after we brought it home, it DIED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. They then had the NERVE to charge us another $ 1700 to fix something that was not previously broken. We ended up taking it to a different mechanic, who showed us that the work they claimed to have done was never actually done. They left the truck a complete mess inside and out. THEN, to make up for that, they offered a free consultation on another vehicle and said it would cost almost $ 10,000 to fix my car. I just picked up my car from that other mechanic, and I spent $ 300 to fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE THIEVES. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Beware! Unnecessary works were recommended!
My daughter went there to get inspection done - they said she needed an oil change, wheels aligned, radiator pipe needing to be replaced, etc, with the estimate $1800 . She brought her car to the other shop for the second opinion (dealer service), and was told they were fine, and if she decides to repair them in the future, they would do the fraction of the costs that Auto Care Plus estimated.
Beware! Unnecessary works were recommended!

**********RUN********** this place is horrendous. I paid over $2000 for work to be done only to to be given more problems. I realized when I picked up my car I had an ice coffee thrown in my backseat along with finding my sunglasses had been broken. Upon talking to the manager about this he gave me his sincerest of apologies which I accepted, only to find that my windshield had also been broken during the repairs. not only that but within less then 24 hours of getting my car there was a new issue with the brake lights. it was like a bad dream. they agreed to fix the window and did... kinda... they neglected to preserve my inspection sticker now I need a new one. I've been by 3 times to try and get one. the last time I tried to get my sticker the manager took my vehicle around the back of the building to "work" on it.. he comes back to show my that my check engine light is now on and I'll have to return another time.I went down the road to another shop and got my sticker right away and they told me my new windshield was not installed properly. HAHAHAHA. I tried a new shop and I suggest you do the same.

Sales team lacks communication as a team
I was recently looking for an used car for the winter. I found a car that was in my price range but it was about two hours away. The sale rep. said they could transfer to a closer location so Jorden kept giving me estimate when the car would be transferred. I called when I was told it should be there and I kept being told a different dates. One call Chris answered and told me that the car was there and would update me back if the car was ready for a test drive. They never called back to communicate issuing or if the car was ready. I went down to that location and the car wasn't there. I talked to Jordan again for another estimate and never received a call back. I didn't bother calling again because they can't keep their word. Remember communication is key to working as a team Auto Care Plus.

Very Satisfied!
Found my car on Cars.com from this dealer in NH. The buying process was easy and straight forward. Tom gave me a great price on the car, but I still had to fly from PA to NH to pick it up. I was a little concerned what would happen when I landed in NH. They met me at the airport with the car and we did all the paperwork right there. I was pleasantly surprised that both the car and the agreed upon price were both as described! One month later I am still completely satisfied.
