Stay away!

Salesman and manager both lied regarding condition of the car. Still waiting on requested paperwork for several months now. Stay away from this place. Can't be trusted.

Scammers! Don’t go near this place

SCAM! We came to this place over a year ago. We liked the SUV, but they told us the gas gage needed to be fixed as it was signaling higher than it should. They gave us an I Owe You, and that they’ll make good on the gas gage issue, but when I called to schedule the appointment to fix it, they were slammed busy and told me to take it where I’d like and that they’d pay for it. I took it to the actual brand dealer, and had over $900 in costs to fix. I sent them emails, called, and they never replied until it was 6-8 months after I submitted the request for fund that they owed me. They sent back a little over $100 dollars. They decided they weren’t going to reply again. Don’t go there. They are not good people. The store manager Mike, is a liar and no good on his word.

Awesome

Above and beyond. Would go again when the need arises. Teen daughters first car and had great price, service and professionalism. Very happy with our selection of car and dealership.

beware-bad experience

As a single mom helping my teen son to purchase his 1st car, it was all the nightmares one tries to avoid. Typical fast talking car salesman assuring us the used car had been completely checked over by their “team” and was in top shape. We believed him, he hooked us. Bought the car with every cent my son had. At 1st oil change, he was told by 2 different mechanics the tranny fluid was so black it looked like it was never changed and lucky his transmission wasn’t damaged. Cost $100 to fix that. Also discovered 3 more needed repairs costing add’l $800. Son wrote a Google review on this car buying experience. Got attn from salesman who sold him the car who said JBrinks has no responsibility for $700 ball bearing repair (even though the car was barely driven since purchase) but would SPLIT the cost of their $270 oversight of tranny fluid and missing wheel guard, apparently feeling this was ½ my son’s problem now that they got it off their lot. JBrinks’ “complete check” of their autos is sadly only visual issues and you are left to deal with what was hidden or upcoming to break down. To top off this horrible experience, salesman refused to send the repair check until my son removed his Google review. If you weren’t convinced to not buy a car at JBrinks yet, that behavior right there shows you what kind of place it is. BEWARE. If this wasn’t how they feel a car purchase should play out – then they would have paid for these overlooked repairs in full. What happens AFTER the sale is the true test of the integrity of the dealership/salesman.

Amazing place to buy a vehicle!

AMAZING place to buy a vehicle!! Super great service, friendly staff and fantastic prices! Our salesman Matt worked in the extreme heat to detail our truck for us himself while we were signing paperwork. It was late and the car wash/detail people were already gone. He was soaking wet at the end! He worked hard to make our experience there great! The owner was a great guy too! Even though they are a smaller place, you get that great "hometown" type of service with excellent car/truck care for any future needs! I definitely recommend!
