Great service department very nice waiting area.

Great service department very nice waiting area. All staff are efficient and make sure check in is easy and quick.

Horrible service team.

Horrible service team. The service manager is a grest guy and working hard to achieve customer satisfaction but some of the service personnel are horrible. I had a vehicle there for 8 days after day 7 of no answers I arrived in person to get the answers. I had called multiple times and left numerous messages even replied back to the dealership texting service to get no answers. After arriving at the dealership I was told my vehicle had even been seen by a mechanic for diagnostics. I was told he woukd be able to get my vehicle seen today but a walk in was in front of me. I said are u serious I've had it here for 8 days. I called around to different mechanic shops and was told they could get my chevy in within an hour. I asked for my keys to my truck and left to tske it to another shop. Even though I am waiting on a part the chevy dealership had to order I at least got answers within 2 hours when it to autonation chevy of Amarillo 8 day to let my truck sit and have nothing done. I will not be using this dealer for any maintenance or vehicle selection ever. Worse experience ever.

Mark was a wonderful salesman!

Mark was a wonderful salesman! He helped me understand and fall more in love with the vehicle I was looking at for weeks. Without his helpful advice and understanding of my needs and concerns, I wouldn’t have drove my Trax home that day!!! Thank you MARK!!!!

Good service Leo and Tyler were both great salesman they

Good service Leo and Tyler were both great salesman they were not pushy and made sure we were happy with our purchase before we left even made the mechanics go in and replace rotors and struts for us before we left the lot
