Nah, skip this place
I wanted this to be a good experience. We drove from Chicago all the way to Palatine which is NOT a short drive to do business here. Test drove a BMW X5. The wife liked it eventhough the radio didn't work. But no worries, Bryan said he'd fix it because the amp was stolen on a previous test drive. Long story short they were being cheap not wanting to order a new amp while basically hoping for the best..had us come ALL the way back out there 2X to mix and match different amps. I told them you HAVE to get an OEM one at $1600 because BMW is very specific and YOU said YOU'D fix it..They said no we have another one from a different car so come back out and we'll try that one...no, we will not. That amp being missing made quite a few other accessories not work and after awhile they stopped answering my calls. Amp wasn't the only issue, one of the guys said he "loved to drive it" because it was an M-sport" well, it showed because there were multiple other issues with that car. They patched it up as best as they could to get it off the lot and they accomplished that. Good for them, bad for me. 12K on a car and STILL had to put almost over 3K into it after a month. I hope they close permanently to save people the trouble of dealing with salesmen who just don't care.

Get pre purchase inspection
After reading the reviews I would have to say every one should have an independent shop look any car for a pre purchase inspection. Cost about $250 . I don't see why every dealership doesn't do that anyway. They would get a volume discount. If passes charge $200 more. If fails don't take in trade, don't hurt your business reputation

Frauds
Do not do business with this company. Sold me a car with no title, pushed it onto the Bank, it had multiple problems and refused to renegotiate the price. Please read other posts and reviews. We are all saying similar things. Beware.

TIE FRAUD
BUYERS BEWARE!! TITLE FRAUD We purchased an Audi here 9/2/22, the dealer did not have the title and still does not as of 12/5/22 We were given the run around for 2 months when calling and requesting the title. Now they have the car that cannot be driven legally as it cannot be registered, the $27,000 we paid for it, and no title. Bryan took no responsibility and said it was a mistake, and did not offer a vehicle to use in the interim while the Audi is unregistered and illegal to drive, as well as broken. Scam artist.

Do not buy from this dealer!!
Got a gl550 shipped to alabama. Showed up with a flat tire, advertised as all new tires. Got tire replaced and check engine light comes on not even 15 miles later. Air exhaust hose was dry rotted and being sucked into the air intake. Replaced hose, at this point i was told it happens all the time and its not that expensive lol i was also suggested that maybe the tire was flat and then patched all while on the tow truck. It arrived still dirty with half a detail on the interior. Not even 150 miles later now, brake sensors are on, needs new brakes all around. One wheel is so insanely bent im not sure how its keeping air. That probably happened on the tow truck as well. the turbo coolant lines are spitting coolant out. Who knows what thats going to run me. In short these guys are straight crooks. Vic is the dryest car salesman ive ever spoken to. Absolutely no interest in selling quality products at this shop. If they did ANY form of inspection they would have noticed these things. Awful service. Awful vehicle. Hope you stay far away from these guys.

We had a pleasant experience. Comfortable
I bought a BMW recently from premiere auto. After we got the car . We had a miner issue with our break light. I was a little bummed about that but Victor kept to his word to get the light replaced and was extremely friendly. We had our car checked out thoroughly at a differnt dealership in order to be sure things were proper. We were told that the car is in great shape. We love the car and the experience we had buying it.

Stay away!
I here these guys on the radio all the time. I've been in the market for a car for a while now they had 4 cars I was interested in. 4 Different BMWs. I'm a prior BMW mechanic so it's a brand I know very well. The first was a X3. It was in OK condition but there were coolant stains all over the front bumper. Next car 3 cars were all 3 series. They do a very good job of hiding defects of these cars in the pictures they provide. First 328 ran like crap and barely even started. Interior was in rough shape as well. Next 3 series ran good but was leaking oil. You could tell they did a very good job hiding this fact and had the engine bay cleaned immaculately. After starting the car, I peaked down at the oil filter housing and noticed a dribble of oil. Not a huge deal but there was no mention of this in the vehicle description and the salesman seemed very bothered that I was there in the first place. He kept on fiddling with his Vape pods. I didn't even want to see the next vehicle at this point but it was on the way to my car. It appeared that someone had tried to repair paint chips all over the car with nail polish dabs. It was horrendous. These guys may have some good cars but none that I saw were is anywhere near good shape or selling condition. The dealership itself is a hole in the wall type place that looks to be in just as poor condition as the cars they're selling.
