Great staff, professional, quick and didn't try to...

Great staff, professional, quick and didn't try to upcharge me, even showed me my air filter was fine and didn't need replaced yet!!!!...Hands down customer for life...a service department you can trust is rare, and Jeremy, Mike and all the boys at Landers treat you like a neighbor

very helpful

Everyone was very helpful and patient as we worked though the details. Several items had to be finalized as it was strictly and internet off site purchase.

Super fast deal. No haggling, no arguing. Michael Keenum...

Super fast deal. No haggling, no arguing. Michael Keenum was a super polite salesman and help me AND my wife get 2 new vehicles! They helped us meet our pre-approval amount without batting an eye. Finance was literally in and out. We drove 2hrs away to twice to get each of our vehicles. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Our kids are excited for our trips and I’m excited to tow our Offroad toys with my new HD Ram. Thanks again Michael!

I called about a warranty that was added to my contract,...

I called about a warranty that was added to my contract, as i was not given any paperwork about the warranty and got the run around from management. I was alao put into a panic due to the salesman telling me the finance guy was out with a fever the day after i was in his office when it was actually just his day off. I am highly unlikely to recommemd this dealership.

Spent $1800in repairs . Repair was very expensive but...

Spent $1800in repairs . Repair was very expensive but everything seems to work. Asked to see my multi point inspection report which was indicated as a service on my bill. The sales rep couldn’t find one but then appeared with an inspection report that was entirely green . I indicate that in all 7 years I have owned the Jeep I had never gotten an all green report , so I honestly doubt they ever really performed the multi point inspection . I feel cheated and deceived . Also I noted that no special covid procedures were taken by any of Landrts employees. No one wore masks .

5 stars for Sam. Great salesman that's to the point....

5 stars for Sam. Great salesman that's to the point. Finance needs a lot of work. Marcellus is an xxxxxxx and I almost walked out on the sale because of him. He acted like me paying $12,000 up front by wire transfer was a big inconvenience for him and wanted me to go get a cashier's check. Was completely rude during the entire transaction.
