Bought my First Ram 1500 Truck

I drove 5 hours from Arkansas to buy a truck here. My salesman was Jeremy Cash. Awesome guy! This was the best car experience I have ever had. Will definitely buy my next vehicle here! You need to go see Jeremy it will be a smooth car buying experience! Also, The finance guy Erik Schutz made the paperwork go smooth and fast! Great Guys go see them!

Service department

It took 5 different people to get me an appointment for my truck detail and once I got the final call back from Brandon or Braxton (something like that) I didn’t even get an apology for the run around. He was even rude to me. I was just trying to use a coupon out of the coupon book given to me when I purchased my truck a year ago.

Financing options

I was not happy with the financing they first had applied for but they cooperated when I suggested going through my bank for a lower interest rate. The truck is what we wanted and the 5th wheel hitch was installed as requested.

They did gooood

Professional efficient services

My daughter and I presented her jeep for the first service with a factory recall. They walked her through the process of checking her jeep in along with appropriately communicating the Jeep’s needs to the service agent. GM recognized us (3 month prior purchase) and kindly greeted and interacted with my daughter after introduced. A comfortable purchase and service experience rarely experienced Thank You Landers
