This is place where I had to watch even much more carefully in what you are buying and have to deal with them rather harsh at times. The vehicle I supposedly wanted was to be test driven, but when I went to see it "it had just been sold". Hmmmm. Even though still listed a week later. However, they had another which was not very impressive and I told them so. I managed to get a good deal I thought with tough negotiation and some extras including a good cleaning, but you know they are constantly trying to sell you extended warranties on this and that. They are oh so friendly, but once you drive the vehicle off the lot. Crickets!!! Never even had a follow up like other dealerships. Luckily I got the vehicle I had really wanted even if they did not know it. Would not recommend them at all and I certainly would not go to their service department. You know what they say about car salesmen and dealerships.

I sold them my car last week.
I sold them my car last week. They still haven't paid me. Instead I've been out last. They waited until all the paper work was done to inform me it would take days to get me a check. That was very sneaky their. Then instead of putting the customer first, they find the time to get the vehicle transfered over, do the safety check, do the detailing, do the photo shoot, do up the ads, and list the car for sale. While I'm still waiting for them to write a simple check. They have become hard to reach and haven't returned my phone calls. Deeply considering filing a complaint with the VSA at this point since I can't reach the people at the dealership I was dealing with. Maybe the VSA can.

I sold my car to them last week.
I sold my car to them last week. They waited until after the paper work was finished and I signed my car over to them, to inform me it would take days to write a check. In this time they have apparently managed to get my car threw it's safety inspection, detailing, photo shoot and ads posted for sale. Yet they haven't had time to write me a check. Just remember if your going to be a customer of Langley Chrysler you will come LAST!!! THEY WILL DO FOR Themselves FIRST AND THE CUSTOMER LAST! They have become difficult to get a hold of and haven't returned my calls. Considering contacting the VSA in regards to my issue if something isn't resolved in the next couple hours.

Avoid Langley Chrysler At ALL Costs!
Langley Chrysler is having financial issues and is starting to default on their payments to vendors and creditors. My experience within the dealership was one of desperation and poor management.

This is for Anthony wiseman You already knew i was in toronto when you took my ID and did the credit check (right), you also knew we will have to deal with banks and notaries (you only asked from which notary i will be getting my IDs verified, I have that email as well), you stopped replying to my emails and then also i asked you that if you no longer wish to sell the vehicle you could let me know but you did not (no idea why were you playing games), you sent me an invoice and told me that you will have accounting contact me for approval (i already told you that I would be needing the vehicle this month), you said that you were uncomfortable selling this vehicle to me , the only reason i was calling and emailing you was to get an answer as you were not only avoiding my calls or emails but were not even telling me that you no longer wish to sell me the vehicle (probably u never wanted to sell that vehicle in the first place or probably you realise that you could mark up price in that vehicle), now because of you I will be buying a more expensive challenger gt. I would request you to kindly not repeat this with someone again, if you knew this all along that transferring car and the paperwork would that much of a problem you should not have booked the car in the first place, you have not only treated me with disrespect but also wasted my time as well. I hope you will learn some values and integrity and honesty as a human being cause you seem to have none.

Good morning Siddharth, I am sorry to say, I think we will reserve the right not to sell the vehicle. Something isn’t feeling right here and I have a lack of control with you being multiple provinces away. No ability to verify your identity. I have spoke to the bank as well and we are going to have some issues as well with a remote bank contract and its validity. I am also unsure of why you would be willing to pay more for the vehicle when you could buy it locally, sooner, and for less. I am uncomfortable with the approach and intensity in which you have been emailing and calling to reinforce my earlier points. I sincerely apologize that we have spent so much time together to not have this complete. I have to take the steps I think most appropriate. Kindly, AW
Did you or did you not know about these issues when you booked the vehicle for me (I was in Toronto and you did the credit check as well) , I would have flown to Vancouver to sign the final bill of sale if you had requested , yes you are right I could get the challenger get in Toronto for almost the same price but not of the same colour and spec that I wanted and that is why I wanted to get the car I ordered. I literally asked you that if you no longer wish to sell the car you could let me know but you never did , instead you asked me my full shipping address and duration of finance and local notaries where I will be getting documents verified. Again could you explain why as I strung along all this time when never wished to sell me the vehicle, also the reason I was calling and emailing was because you stopped replying and I also have the email where you apologized for poorly communicating. I am upset because you could have told me no in feb or March but I don’t know why you waited this long to say no when I really needed the vehicle. What kind of behaviour is that? This whole experience has made me feel very disrespected and there was no reason for you to hide facts about verifying while you were booking my order. Can you explain why you booked my order cause I still have the invoice on my email.
Horrible Service Zero Care and Consideration
Absolutely the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. Managers Anthony Wiseman, Mike Brandner and Ed Braconnier. DO NOT respond to emails, have no working voicemail and are full of excuses and blame. Choose a different dealership.... Actually choose a different make of Vehicle!!! I was sold a Brand New 2019 Ram 1500 DT covered in surface rust and it was never disclosed at time of purchase.

Richard was great
We had some issues with another dealership, and we told our story to Richard. He made sure that we didn’t have the any issues, everything went smoothly, and we were picking up our truck within a week. He was personable and no high-pressure sales. He knew the product and explained everything very well. Everyone we dealt with at Langley Chrysler were all amazing to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership 100%!

Non stressful buying experience
Pressure was non existent. Physical environment is client friendly. Layne was good knowledge guy. Good to deal with, my other guy Blair of many years had retired so my first experience with new sales rep in 20 + years Did a fine job. Good folks down there and trotmans make sure of that
