I just experienced the very best customer service of all time. I bought my dad a brand new car and I received an unexpected great deal. From day one, my agent Ms Anne Reyes was awesome because over the course of only short period of time she bacame my friend and best car advisor. She has been there-above and beyond- in every aspect; financial, well-presenting the product and its overall breakdown in details, discounted rate and etc. Not only the showing and the final sale. She’s always present, answered all my questions. I had everything I needed, Ms. Anne, the best car dealer I know would check on me regularly and make sure of it. I just loved everything about Toyota Charlesglen, the authenticity, the honesty and the excellent customer. I am so impressed what a remarkable agent and company. I highly recommend to everyone. Excellent experience. Delivered exactly what was promised. I have been servicing at Charlesglen now for 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Will be staying here for my next vehicle! Paul and Phil are very easy to work with!!!

Good experience overall. Received updates on my vehicle during the waiting period in a timely manner. Would have been 4-5 stars if not for the part that I’m still owed. Spent 30 minutes introduction on the vehicle during delivery which is a good thing.

I can not say enough amazing things about Charlsglen!...

I can not say enough amazing things about Charlsglen! This is the first time I purchased. Brand new vehicle and I was in a real rush to do so. After being off work for 5 1/2 months due to COVID, my truck broke down beyond repair, the second day I was finally back to work, and I had a very limited window to find something new. Val was absolutely amazing right from the start. She understood my situation and sympathized with me instead of taking advantage of the fact that I am young, buying my first vehicle, and have zero time to do it. It would have been very easy for her to take advantage of that but instead she treated me like she would her own kids. She took care of me every step of the way and made me feel at ease. Kurt in finance was incredible as well. There was a lot of back and forth once I chose my vehicle and he was very accommodating. He even openly communicated with my dad who lives in another province, and they worked together to get me the best deal possible. I was alone when I picked up my vehicle and Kurt was very personable. He made me feel comfortable, didn’t pressure me into any extras that were not already agreed upon, and he made the process quick and painless so I could be on my way. When I picked up my new RAV4, Jim waked me through everything, showed me how to use the features, and was such a pleasant addition to the process. He was absolutely hilarious and very helpful. Throughout the visit he constantly made sure that I was comfortable and understood what he was saying. We laughed the entire time and it was a great way to end a very long day. Buying a new vehicle is along process and it was a little nerve racking for me because I had never done it before, and I was by myself for most of it. The team at Charlsglen assured me every step of the way that they were there when I needed them, and that they would continue to be there after the purchase was complete. If I could give an infinity number of stars I would. Thank you so much to such an incredible group of people!

Bought a brand new 2019 platinum sequoia. When breaking,...

Bought a brand new 2019 platinum sequoia. When breaking, it keeps shaking. Found out today, it’s my front rotors, and they are “warped.” Just over 35,000km. I am a mom, and drive my kids to school, and basic errands and to work. Causes for “warping,” heat, over torquing, primarily. Not covered under warranty. Almost $500 to replace. In comparison, my husbands Dodge 3500 needed this changed at 89,000km, and we pull a 42 foot trailer on the regular, and he takes it in rough bush terrain. This should never happen to a maintained, quite new, parked in the garage vehicle. Period. My husband allowed me to choose any vehicle I wanted, and I chose Toyota for its seemingly bragging rights of being super durable, Reliability, low maintenance, maintaining value, and SAFETY. 35,000km’s and here we are. Disappointing, Toyota. Although John Perri, and the staff are super nice to deal with, the end result is not okay.
