Great service. Very patient and accommodating. Just the right amount of sales service without being pushy. I hate complications, and they did a great job of making the whole process very convenient. All the staff seem to work together as a team. This was my first ever vehicle purchase in Canada and went smoothly. The dealership helped me find a vehicle of my choice. I need black color with black rims and moon top roof. They found it and delivered it the very next day. The friendly environment is one of the best thing i like.

The Service Manager was very knowledgeable, experience and straight to the point. No xx means he's being honest. Still the best policy in my books. They even help a guy few years back who never bought there but his lock broke to the truck of his car, which was full of Xmas presents and apparently this was the only dealership that got him in. Nuff said.

I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase there. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready for signatures, and the Jeep was parked inside the service drive thru warm and ready to go for my delivery. Terry covered the basics of the new Cherokee without overwhelming me with all the new things my 2006 never had. Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to the service department as they continue to go above and beyond. Now I see the sales and finance teams are the same.
