The best experience ever with purchasing a new car Hello My name is Sonia and I am a happy owner of a new Lexus IS 300 which was purchased last week. This is my first car purchase experience. Normally I do not write reviews because I believe that every customer service rep should step up to the standards of being in customer service/sales. I this case I have to tell you how great my experience was at the Lexus dealership (Erinn Park location) When I walked in everyone was extremally welcoming but was I was so impressed with the extent of the customer service. You front host interduce me to Manpreet Sembhi and no words can describe how HARD she worked. She has A LOT of patients (I can be a bit hard to deal with at times) and she honestly went above and beyond to ensure I leave the dealership happy and with a brand new Lexus car. Her Manager that was on site at the time (cant remember his name) was also amazing. He too helped me very much. Manpreet was very informative and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about your cars. She answered AL my questions in detail. What I found amazing about her was that she allowed me to text her after business hours if I had any questions or concerns. She always got back to in a timely fashion. I am now driving my new beautiful Lexus and Manpreet has already texted me asking how I am loving my new car and that I am now part of your Lexus team. That made me feel extremely special. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family members in hopes that they too drive a Lexus like mine. I went to Erin Park Lexus with my family to check out the RX. Mannu spent time with us and was very delightful and comfortable to deal with. She was friendly and knowledgeable - she genuinely cares about her customers and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. My service experience with Madiha Usman, being my service advisor, was excellent. She answered my questions for a couple of issues in my car then recommended Transfer case oil change which was due at the time and mentioned another service that could be postponed to the next service appointment. she called me in time to let me know that my car was ready and every thing was done smoothly and within the time frame.
