We are repeat customers, we were very happy with the service we received a few years ago when we were searching for another vehicle we knew exactly the dealership we wanted to deal with. Auto gallery of Winnipeg has gone above and beyond for us. As out of town customers we were incredibly happy with the service Larry Groom provided us. We told him what we were looking for and he searched until he found us something even better than we expected and more importantly within our budget! I was looking for a newer vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident on January 13th/17. I looked around on the internet and made a few calls to various dealerships and ended up speaking with Julie Baryla about some different financing options. Julie was great to work with, very prompt, professional and completely on my side trying to find me the best deal for me. When arriving at Auto gallery I was set up with Quinton Tomalin as a sales person. he greeted me with a friendly smile and outgoing personality. He had the vehicle I requested to test drive ready for me to hop in and drive. It was a very cold day when we were looking for a vehicle and Quinton went to their other dealership space to bring me another vehicle I picked out to test drive. This vehicle was frozen into the ground and he and a few others got it free for me to test drive if I wanted. I had test driven the first vehicle and loved it! Quinton had to come back over to where I was and do the paperwork with me. he explained everything to me thoroughly and had my vehicle ready to go that same evening. He came out to the vehicle again, set up my phone to the Bluetooth for me and asked me if I needed anything to be explained inside the vehicle. He has since booked my vehicle in to get a command start put in, and a couple of paint scratches touched up. During this time he has secured a loaner vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership and Quinton to anyone looking for an honest, caring salesperson.

Auto gallery will definitely be my first stop next time I'm in the vehicle market. Friendly people that go out of their way for you.

My experience with this delearship was satisfactory. Darryl koch,sales associate, is very professional and knows his job. He answered all my questions with thorough detail. Never tried to push the sale on me, which is alsways laking at big dealerships.Also, had a good experience with the sales manager and financial manager.

I was very impressed from the moment I first spoke to Quinton (Aka Oliver) by email right through to when he handed us our keys, He was professional and invested the time in finding us the right vehicle at the best price. There were no Gimmicks or sales pressure to buy at all. Julie the finance manager was amazing. Her attention to detail and professional manner was spot on. She also went out of her way to get us a fantastic rate and term on our loan!

We recently visited AutoGallery at the Portage Avenue location on the Sunday of the February long weekend. Darryl Koch looked after us as we test drove a couple of vehicles, and he stayed a little longer that day to review the Carfax report for the car we were interested in, and helped us secure it with a deposit. We found his manner welcoming, positive, and client-centred. We also had contact with John Harland who reviewed warranty options with us a few days later, and helped us decide from amongst our options on the best package for our situation. Both of these men were personable, well informed, open and helpful, as were the other support staff we met. They helped put us at ease as we went through our own decision making process and then made our purchase as clear and straight forward as possible. This was a most welcome experience compared to our previous encounters when purchasing the family car from other dealerships. We will certainly be back when it is time to look for our next one.

The staff at Auto Gallery are very accomodating. They have a relaxed attitude and do not pressure their clients into purchasing. Steve found out what features I was looking for and then found options for me to consider. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle overnight to ensure I was satisfied. John in finance was easy to deal with and got my paperwork ready in minutes. Overall, my experience with Auto Gallery was excellent.
