I had been contemplating buying a new used vehicle for some time and regularly checked out the website for a vehicle that caught my eye. It was the Nissan Juke which drew me in. From my first communication with Clinton Bishop I knew my experience would be much different then I had anticipated. As a woman, car buying can be extremely stressful and often overwhelming. Clinton was professional, friendly and easy going from the start. We had a thorough discussion about what I wanted in a vehicle and what my budget would allow for payments. I test drove a couple of vehicles and was still undecided. I have always believed that you have found the right vehicle when you have that “ah-ha” moment. I called Clinton and asked if I could try something entirely different. He was very open and easy-going and suggested that I take the vehicle home for the night. On my way home I had that “ah-ha” moment and knew I found my car. The Nissan Juke may have drawn me in… but I’m in love with my Hyundai Sonata. It’s an amazing car and I’m so happy I found something that I know I will still love 5 years from now. John Harland helped me finance my vehicle and that was a great experience too. He was very thorough and professional in explaining everything to me and worked diligently in getting me approved. He kept me within my budget and I now have a manageable payment plan, which will help me build my credit further. From start to finish my experience was stress free and wonderful.

My experience was great, I told Clinton what we was looking for, he had a list of options for us to test drive. The 2016 kia forte was perfect for us. the follow up service has been fantastic as well, The financing services were excellent, I would Gladly return and recommend to all.

Before going to Auto Gallery, I have been to different car dealers and I always the impression that they were trying to sell me what they want. Steven, from Auto Gallery, really supported me in the choice of my first car and replied to all my questions without insisting to close the deal, but with the genuine intention of finding the best vehicle for my needs. After I bought the car, he made himself available for any questions I might have had. In my opinion this is an outstanding customer service, which stem from Steven sales skills as well as from the quality of the car that you can find in their stock. Low mileage and year are common features of the car I have seen there. I am absolutely satisfied with Auto Gallery and I would suggest everybody to go and check what they have before take any decision.
