This dealership is awesome!! Everyone we’ve dealt with is incredible. We want to give a huge thank you to Ed, Darren, and Bryan in the service department! Our CX-5 has been having some issues and they really took care of us. Our service was done well and so quickly. Thanks Freeway!!!

The dealership's unprofessionalism has caused us immense

The dealership's unprofessionalism has caused us immense inconvenience; even a zero rating would be too generous to reflect the extent of our dissatisfaction. We went there on Friday, March 26, to sell my wife's Mazda CX30, which was leased from the same company about two years ago. After waiting about 45 minutes, the manager, Paul, checked the car documents and told us, " We are required to pay $1000 to the dealership to drop off the car." I asked him three times if there is a possibility of dropping off the vehicle and not paying anything as the car is almost new, and he said, "If you are ready to sign the documents, then YES." I said, "We will return in a few days as we have to go now." He said, "It's okay. My offer remains the same as it is a nice-selling car." On Saturday, March 27, I called Free Way Mazda around 2:00 p.m. to see if we could drop off the car. Paul was busy, but the lady behind the phone said he would call you by the end of their business hours. I didn't receive a callback, so I called the dealership again on March 28. Paul wasn't available, so I talked to Dave, explained the story, and asked if he could do the same and if we could drop off the car. He said YES. We arrived at the dealership around 3:30 pm and handed over the documents to Dave to initiate the paperwork. However, about 20 minutes later, he informed us, "You are required to pay $2700!!!!" This sudden change in the agreed-upon amount left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the dealership's service. I asked Dave to Call Paul about what he said, but unbelievably, he completely denied what he had said two days ago! If you're a professional manager and made a mistake in your calculation, apologize to your customer instead of denying your word. You wasted our time.

When I decided to buy a new car my first choice is not

When I decided to buy a new car my first choice is not Mazda actually but after I visited my first choice brand the sales was not that professional so I visited Mazda after. The sales here is so nice and professional I put my order immediately. Thanks Terry and the whole team!

Freeway Mazda was great in helping me with the purchase

Freeway Mazda was great in helping me with the purchase of a 2024 CX-5. They didn't have my car model in stock so was clear about expectations about when it would be shipped in and had upfront and candid discussions about pricing for both trade in and new sale price. I'd recommend this dealer to others.
