Took my 2014 RVR in for a scheduled maintenance service. New to Burlington, so first time at Oakville Mitsubishi. Great experience! The schedule called for a brake service, but Kevin told me that I still had about a year left on my present brake pads. He suggested saving the money on the brake service and to put that money towards brake replacement a year or so from now!! That is so helpful and honest! Also saved me money by informing me that one of the fluid replacements called for in the scheduled maintenance looked clean and full level! Again, so honest. Definitely will be servicing my car there in future!

Oakville Dealership employees are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Kevin is a thorough gentlemen and knows his work & always recommends stuff to protect my vehicles.
