I have taken my truck in twice within the last two months
I have taken my truck in twice within the last two months for an issue. Both times they were diagnosed wrong. The first time was a $700 “fix” the second time was a $3000 “fix”. I took their advice as experts and moved forward with the fixes. After the second “fix” and $3700 I still have the same issue. I also have had issues with the timelines that were given to me, however the service manager was good in rectifying that concern.

The staff were very helpful and made the process easy.
The staff were very helpful and made the process easy. Veer in finance was super to deal with and we shared some good laughs! The automotive technicians are skilled also and provide great work, especially Charles. I would recommend the dealership to others.

Pushy uncomfortable atmosphere, felt they were hiding

They were able to preform an out of province inspection
They were able to preform an out of province inspection on the Friday of a long weekend on short notice and complete it in a timely manner allowing me to register the vehicle on the same day

I recently had a rather unpleasant and disappointing
I recently had a rather unpleasant and disappointing experience at Parkland Dodge. I was lied to by both service manager and service techs about my vehicle and the work that was done, followed by taking my vehicle to a different dealership and learning my vehicle was in-fact okay and the equipment at parkland dodge was faulty for an alignment. They seem to be very scattered and unorganized while undergoing a management change and unable to keep things in order. A lack of communication also made my experience a few days longer than necessary.

Unfair treatment.
Unfair treatment. I took a broken ram 3500 and the refused to do the work as another dealer in stony screwed up a recall. They made me for the work rather than deal with the other dealer. Traded the truck for a ford.

Unfortunately I was told the oil change would be an hour.
Unfortunately I was told the oil change would be an hour. I had to check with them after an hour and 45 minutes and it was done but forgot to come and get me. The service in the car was fine.

It was a great experience selecting a vehicle.
It was a great experience selecting a vehicle. Unfortunately all the extra fees ans charges could not be explained very well. Purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago and I already need to use the bumper to bumper extended warranty. Hopefully it covers what I was told as nothing could be provided in writing. Also the $700 Parkland Advantage that is a "required" purchase has yet to be explained in writing and the longer I wait the less confident I am that it is anything but a money grab. There is also no way to know when the last oil change was completed. As the dash computer was not set and there is no reminder sticker. So probably safe to assume it is past time and that it wasn't done before my delivery day. I was also told that every vehicle gets one before it leaves the lot. Either negligent or flat out lie. Every time I go back with questions I'm just given a song and dance. Just give me that complimentary oil change and my extended warranty documents so that I can get this vehicle repaired as your mechanical inspection I was shown was bogus. They said tires were safe but the are completely bald. The rear wiper also needs replacing. Makes me doubt it was given an inspection at all
