I was dealing with John in new car sales. We arranged a new Jeep for us and everything was good and I was expected to pick it up on Sept 20. I walked in and was directed to John, and he looked at me like why was I here today. We previously arranged this time. So, Jeep was not ready and licensing was not done. Bruno came to the rescue and arranged a rental car for us and completed the licensing the next day. We came in Sept 21 and everything was ready and Bruno did an excellent job at remedying all issues.

I purchased my 2016 dodge ram 1500 there the process was easy no complaints . When it came to my truck I was not pleased every issue I had came after the 100.000 km warranty was up First it was the fuel sensor and then it was my manifold these two issues from what I understand are common and typically happens a lot .I have called the dealership to talk to the sales manager left messages with no call back . When you pay 57,000 for a truck I would not expect to have any issues when your truck is only 2 years old.

Our sales person was Paul. Paul is the most honest and amazing salesman. He listened exactly to what we wanted in a truck and showed us several vehicles. He went above and beyond what a salesman does and took the time to explain everything in detail whether it was the truck or financing or everything in between. You can tell he really is genuine and loves what he does. Buying this truck off of Paul we have no worries about it whatsoever.
