Last year my husband was referred to this dealership and was told he would get a great deal and the best service. We travelled from St. Thomas all the way to Exeter to check it out. We were so glad we did because "exceptional service" doesn't even begin to describe the FANTASTIC way we were treated as well as the STUPENDOUS deal that we did get!! We dealt with Tim Hamather and Susan Riddel. This year I needed a new vehicle and we knew exactly where we were headed! We have an incredibly busy lifestyle with our crazy jobs and with kids in extracurricular activities. Justin Parker was AWESOME!! He was able to deal with me via e-mail and text so that we could get a new deal all together with ease. He helped to suggest the best fit for our family's needs and was right on point! I went in to take it for a quick test drive on a Saturday between appointments and loved it! Susan did all of the financial work by e-mail as well and I have to tell you......this woman knows her stuff like nobody's business! She was able to text me right away the same afternoon to let me know we were ready to go! Then beyond all of this, because we are so busy, JUSTIN DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME AT WORK!!! Traded my Escape in on a new Cadillac SRX. It was a very pleasant experience. Bill was very easy to deal with. There was no pressure to buy. After a test drive he told my wife and I all about the SRX. We felt that bill gave us a good price on the new car. He was also fair on the trade in price. On pickup Bill explained in detail how many of the features of the new car worked and made sure that we were comfortable with the car and the services that HMP offered. The service at HMP is second to none after having just had a very positive experience with my new 2015 Canyon. I sent the dealership an inquiry for my truck and even on Canada Day got an immediate response. Met with Justin Parker and was totally blown away with his personal friendly and knowledgeable approach to acquiring my truck. Met others as well from Ann to Bill and Cathy as well as Susan. After being somewhat disappointed at two other dealerships one in London and the other in St. Mary's it was a very pleasant surprise to find this booming dealership in Exeter.
