Shopping is very uncomfortable for me as I find most salesman very pushy and don't let you breath. Rudik was great he let me and my wife browse the showroom. When we were ready to sit in his office he made us a lovely cappuccino and never made us feel unwelcome. He took his time and delivered on all his promises. Great guy and great experience. I love my new cls63 and will definitely be buying from Rudy again!
