Ryan Ayotte was great to deal with for my new 3500 HD

Ryan Ayotte was great to deal with for my new 3500 HD Silverado Duramax. He pays attention to detail. I did not feel any pressure. This is my second Duramax and I also bought a Callaway Camaro from this dealership. It’s probably the busiest dealership I’ve ever been in and that says to me we do things right! Gavin Lawrence needs some credit as well. Very knowledgeable and a good person to talk with, very friendly people.

We're happy to hear about your positive experience with Ryan and Gavin. Thank you for choosing us for your vehicle needs!

Would not buy another vehicle from here.

Would not buy another vehicle from here. Bought a brand new 2024 Silverado 1500 RST with the 3.0 Duramax. The truck made it to 5041km and now needs motor work. I called this dealership because I no longer want the truck. The person I called did not even want to talk to me. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I have sent emails to the top people at this dealership but have had no response. This dealership just wants your money, and they could care less about you afterwards. They do not value customer loyalty at all.

I came back to this dealership from Spruce grove, because

I came back to this dealership from Spruce grove, because my first experience buying a new truck was quite seamless albeit I did it through fleet services. This was a bit of a different a nd disappointing experience. Nice salesman found a used ford lariat truck that had just came in that fit the bill. They had to do the vehicle inspections etc and a few fix ups, so we had to wait a week. Very slow on a Saturday doing a purchase but understandable I guess. Driving home the tire pressure sensors went off. We called on Monday to book appointment to fix (under their 5000 km warrantee that we had included with purchase) and then the check engine light went off. End all be all they had to keep our vehicle for 3 plus weeks before we could get it back, no part. I just found communication could have been a lot better , it seems once paid our priority dropped drastically. And when we asked to have the warranty extended for the 3 weeks to cover the time they had the vehicle. it seemed like a struggle. Just think service could have been much better But thanks to Jen in service for helping as much as she could.

Top notch sales service!

Top notch sales service! We recently custom-ordered our 2024 Suburban through Ryan Ayotte. We received service that was above and beyond I was blown away, why? Because the dealership only receives administration fees from GM for sale as I purchase under the Family First program. I've endured minimal if any help from other dealerships!! however Ryan Ayotte treated us like he/dealership were profiting. Our experience with Gavin Lawrence (Finance Manager) was pleasant. Gavin was far from pushy with warranty items and definitely listened to our needs when it came to what we wanted out of our warranties. I recommend 100% Liz & Matt

Purchased my 5th new vehicle from Sherwood Park Chevy and they as usual were great to deal with and I will be coming back. In our case unfortunately our new car that we previously purchased from Sherwood Park Chevy was stolen and when I informed Mike he quickly got our name on another new one exactly the same as the stolen one and within a month we were back into our new car again! Mike's efforts to help us out were very much appreciated!

I've boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this

I've boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went on the list for a new corvette about 2 years ago and my car has finally arrived. Which I was completely okay with as I know they can't show up over night. However it showed up damaged. They smashed up the rocker when pulling it off of the trailer. So they thought fixing it would be better than replacing even after we had talked about replacing the rocker panel. How did they fix it? With BONDO. Brand new 100k car has bondo on it. The General Manager thought it would help me cope with it if they told me that 20 cars before mine showed up here were all wrecked as well (including his). I talked to the General Manager and he said he couldn't help me out with pricing or fixing the damage correctly because he can sell my car for 50k more tomorrow to someone else. But what he could do is order me another car. Great! That sounds awesome right. No…...he said when my next one shows up I must trade the car in on the new one(hoping the new one is not damaged) and there won't be any price guarantee on the trade value of my current one. So whatever we offer you is all you will get. (Take it or leave it) Firstly he told me he is giving me the opportunity to drive a car around all summer for free. Then later said it's going to cost me some money. Which one is it? Or you keep your damaged car. I expressed to him that me losing money on something they did is not fair and I would like them to do something as simple as throw in some floor mats and a car cover. And again he refused. I just want to let everyone know that these guys are and have admitted to me that majority of their corvettes are coming in damaged and they are repairing them with bondo and selling them as is for 30-50k over MSRP and not telling anyone about it. They told me there is no car fax or paper trail of the damage and all repairs are paid for via cash. So as we had talked about in our conversation that if he didn't help me out I would write out a review. Well, here it is. Unacceptable customer service, I am truly disgusted with how unprofessional the General Manager was. If you're looking for a brand new over priced damaged & repaired vehicle this is your place! The week I took delivery of my damaged car my girlfriend got in a car accident and was looking for a new one. I never in a million years thought of bringing her into this dealership. All they want is people to back out of corvettes so they can sell for a larger profit, they clearly don't care about anyone waiting on the list for 2 years or returning customers! Second after I had took delivery of my new car having it in my garage for a week and a half they called me and told me I don't have financing for my vehicle as the bank they processed with will not finance me. So the vehicle is sitting in my possession for a week and half with no financing. And my only option is to sign at a different bank for 1 percent interest higher. Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. And it was by far the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. As I said above they let me know that the last 20 corvettes they have gotten in had the exact same damage as mine and were repaired the same way. They don't disclose this when the original orderer backs out. If what they are telling me is true, your Corvette you’re purchasing there is damaged and repaired too.
