Misleading Practices at BMW Markham – Beware of All Services Provided I had a deeply frustrating experience with BMW Markham involving a fraudulent contract and deceptive service tactics that forced unnecessary costs. Contract Issues: ✔ Misrepresented terms and lack of clear documentation, leaving me with a contract that did not align with prior agreements. Refused providing a formal contract upon multiple requests. ✔ Corporate refused to provide proper resolution, despite clear inconsistencies flagged in their own records. Tire Replacement Concerns: ✔ A nail-in-tire incident led to a forced replacement, with the service manager later admitting liability after investigation. ✔ After replacing one new tire, the service advisor recorded that the front tires had 4mm tread and then recommended replacing the remaining three tires in conjunction with the new replacement—proving the dealership acknowledged the significant tread discrepancy and imbalance risk. ✔ Despite their own staff’s findings, corporate dismissed the concerns and failed to provide a fair resolution. Consumer Warning: If you’re considering purchasing or servicing your vehicle at BMW Markham, pay close attention to contract details and service recommendations

Despite multiple opportunities to resolve this fairly, your corporate team has ignored documented inconsistencies in both the contract terms and tire replacement recommendations. Your own staff admitted liability, yet your response remains dismissive. I urge you to address these concerns transparently and provide the resolution your dealership initially acknowledged was necessary.
