Had a really bad experience.

Had a really bad experience. I bought bmw x4 2020 from these guys and the guy who helped me was CODY. First they insist you for buying warranty. He sold it to me by saying that he will give new summer tires with it, plus with warranty interest rates will be less. Winter tires you have it in really good condition and he will give car key replacement if I lose it. 1. As soon as deal was done he said no key Lost replacement is not included. I really liked the car so, I thought it’s ok. 2. I live in Ottawa, so after buying car I straight went home as soon as I reach home my car back license plate wasn’t there maybe they didn’t tighten the screws enough. I called but no help so I replaced myself cost me around 60 dollars. Still I thought it fine it’s just a human error. 3. When I saw the car, it had winter tires on so, I asked him just put summer tires in truck but he said “ No, I have to put new tires on wheels because of safety n all”. I was like it will cost me to put winter tires again. Still I was like ok if you are doing it for your safety reasons. So, then I booked my tire replacement at Costco and I found out that one of the tire had side cut and it’s unrepairable. I called him to say that you gave me a defected tire and he replied “I can’t do anything now it’s just come with the car.” Seriously. You buy a 60,000 dollar car and this how they treat you after buying it. I love BMW but these people are letting the brand value down. Worst customer service ever. Never going back to them again and never gonna let any of my family or friends go there.

I worked with Mr. Pirout Mohammady, he really takes best care of the customer and acts very professional. Pirout is very knowledgable and always goes extra miles to help the client. I'm very happy with this dealership and specifically with Mr. Pirout Mohammady.
