Needed to get some service and warranty work done, called Dominic and explained what issues I'm having and he was very understanding and scheduled an appointment for me at my convenience. Took the vehicle in met with Dominic and he took care of my issues as promised. He is a very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and straight forward guy. I've been dealing with him for over 20 years and never had an issue. Dominic is definitely an asset to this company, The people at this dealership are all wonderful and very professional. I had a great experience with Dominic in service. He was honest, knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep me informed on the service being done. For example He suggested I change the spark plugs now as the part being replaced would have to come off again to change them. This way saving me 1 hour or 2 of service charges. He tuned my Jeep, waived some fees. He gave me a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour. I really felt NOT taken advantage of , or upsold. Though this dealership is out of my way….I would definitely return for any work or purchases in the future. Armando

Don't ever, ever use their service department. We bought a BRAND NEW JEEP FROM PEEL CHRYSLER. We had it for two weeks when it broke down in Woodbridge, Ontario. We managed to get it to the closest dealer (Seven View). Long story - short. They had the vehicle for 3 weeks. Every day we were treated to speeches from Dominic in service about how they are the very best in the city and they were taking their time so we would have a safe vehicle. After 3 weeks things got testier and Dominic called and said: "Your car is ready." Clunk. We arrived and picked up a dirty car with no gas. Within 3 hours the same problem reappeared. The car broke down and we took it to Peel Chrysler. They have ordered parts and it has been 5 days. I trust Peel will get it right. They found a totally different problem with the car than Seven-View. Don't go to Seven-View. Rude, bombastic, and incompetent .

Michael is a very helpful sales person, he helped me pick a good deal for my 2021 truck and made the whole process smooth for us. Recommend getting a car from him!
