In June 2018, I contacted Mark Allen Buick / GMC to purchase a new GMC 1500 SLT Z-71 Pickup. My credit score at that time was 723. I was later contacted... by the ‘salesman’ and was told how much my payment would be as well as the interest rate (10.99%) and a 6 year term. Although I told them I would not go over a 5 year term. I questioned him on the high interest rate with my credit score of 723. The ‘salesman’ told me he would get with their finanance manager and get back to me. Three days later I received a call from their sales manager, who told me they had gotten my payment down to $640 per month but still a 6 year note. I told him it would have to be closer to $500 per month and on a 5 year note. Three days later I saw that my credit score had dropped to 688. I called them and was told they were trying to get a ‘better rate’. At that point I told the sales manager to please stop and I would shop elsewhere. 9 days later my credit score had dropped to 617. I researched it and learned that Mark Allen Buick / GMC had ran my credit EIGHTEEN different times with EIGHTEEN different financial institutions. I immediately called to speak with their finance manager and demanded they stop this nonsense. He assured me they would. But the damage had already been done. I have this entire ordeal, well documented. The good news is; I took my documentation to a different Dealership, bought a new GMC 1500 SLT Z-71 at 2.99% interest on a 5 year note with a payment of $524 per month. The bad news is; Today 09/11/2018 I checked my credit score and although it’s slowly coming back up, it’s still only at 647. “Let’s do business” ? No Thank You. I tried.
First of all, I was greeted before I got out of my car. They were able to take care of my needs right away. They respected my wishes, got me a good rate... and decent monthly payments.
We had a great experience at Mark Allen! They were very friendly and honest which is hard to find with car dealerships. I didn???t feel like I was being... pressured at all. Jordan also went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. If we ever get another vehicle we will go back here

I had Jordan savage as my salesman and I???m no stranger to dealing for a vehicle, but Jordan was truly interested in getting me the deal I wanted for... the truck I wanted. He was more interested in making sure I was happy than making a sale, who does that!?! There was a brief misunderstanding and even though he really didn???t have to he made it right and I think he just made my Christmas list! He truly wants people to be happy w what they???re getting.
This was my very first purchase from Mark Allen GMC and I am astounded by the genuine care and professional service that was given to me by everyone there...... especially Jordan Savage! I couldn???t have asked for a better salesman to work with. His kindness made me feel like a valued customer, regardless of how much I could afford to spend. He worked with me at my price point and didn???t pressure me, instead I felt relaxed and confident in my purchase. I have no regrets and am so thankful for God blessing me with a new car with the help of Jordan! Driving two hours from Bentonville to Tulsa to buy this car was well worth the trip! I highly recommend for you all to go see for yourself why Jordan Savage at Mark Allen GMC is the nicest guy in the car biz! (on a scale of 1 to 5 stars...I???d give him 10!)

Caleb Brown made our buying experience quick and easy. There was no pressure and he worked with us to find a price we were happy with. He stayed well... past his closing time to help us since we drove up from Dallas. He was also available by text on Sunday to answer any questions we had.

Caleb was amazing to work with when purchasing my vehicle.
