We walked in the showroom and was handed over to Ahmad who patiently showed us cars on the computer, which we narrowed down to 2. He then got both cars out for us in -30 Celsius. Took both for test drive and he patiently described the vehicle and was knowledgeable about the features. After we decided on one, we submitted our offer which got reviewed and after to and fro negotiation, we finally settled for a price which was a little over our budget but was relavent to the condition of our vehicle. To close the deal, their GM George met us and had a nice conversation with us. We received the car after one day which was nice and clean.
