Shady dealership...

***DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE**** Horrible place to deal with. Extremely poor communication. Pointed out issues with car that needed to be fixed. Kept having to drop off car, eventhough they knew it was inconvenient for me to get someone to follow me in. First time dropping off car, they said they had to keep it for half a day. I had a friend on standby, but they never called to say that had to keep car overnight. I was without a car to go to work that evening, and also inconvenienced the friend. Provided them with a list of non-operable issues with the car, and they couldn't take care of everything all at once. Kept missing the listed issues. Brought the car back 3x. Emailed them that heater fan was not working, but worked again... wouldn't you the mechanic look at it? When it stopped blowing heat again, I asked if it was looked at, he responded, "You said it was working..." Hellooo... something must be wrong if it goes on and off! They cut corners to do a half-xxx jobs. They install used parts to cut costs. The mechanic not very knowledgeable. Brought my own mechanic to explain a problem, and he stated, "Oh, I never heard of that..." They will tell you after the first attempt to fix a problem, that that's all they can do, but by law, they must make 3 attempts. Do not purchase the extended warranty from them. They will charge you more than what PWC actually priced. They will not answer emails or return phone calls. I didn't hound these idiots. I was never disrespectful in any way. Never had any verbal altercations with them. Just gave them enough time and opportunities to rectify matters before I gave my honest review of this place. *****HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP*****

Awesome experience!!!!!

What a great experience! This was my first car purchase, and I had my parents fly out from California to help me in the process (because I had no idea what was going on). John made the process so fast/easy, we had been talking over email prior to my visit, and he was able to update me on the inventory throughout the week as I was specifically looking for a Subaru Outback. Very professional, explained everything very clearly so I knew what I had to get done as soon as I walked out of there. The car was in great shape too, it was very very clean inside! Very happy with my experience here :) Would recommend!
