Bought a 2026 CX-90 from Tom Bush Mazda. Great sales department with no pressure tactics from Jose, who is easy to work with and knowledgeable. This is our third Mazda from Tom Bush. Their service department especially Sandy always do a great job which was another reason why we chose Tom Bush. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I called dealership in Jax from Atlanta because I saw a BMW I liked that was kind of a rare find. The person that randomly picked up the phone was knowledgeable, smart, and well healed in the discussion. Made my 1 day trip easy, prepped docs and provide remote content and direction VERY well. We were able to easily share life experiences and BMW experiences, excellent social interaction and willingness to drive to closure for buyers benefit... I actually witness 2 other buyers present the day I was in and out, they commented to me, without me asking, they were having a good buying experience, as well... "These guys do a good job for us..." If possible, I would buy here again.

The rudest service department I have ever encountered. Sandy West and Adrianna Carlson are the two rudest service advisors I have ever encountered. They are the least knowledgeable as well.
