Scammers

The first vehicle they tried to sell me was molded and had spray paint coving danmage. The second one smelled like dead dog. They promised to clean and detail the car to get it up to par before I drove home with it. I was filling out to see if I could even get the vehicle, credit wise. They said that one place had accepted my credit and required a 3.5k dollar down payment on a 7k dollar car. Ok I have that. When we went to run my debit card my bank would not process the 3.5k ( which was there but there is a daily limit) the manager snatched my card out of my hand and ran it for 1.5k without my permission. They told me it was refundable if the loan for some reason didn’t go through. Well the loan didn’t go through. And the refuse to give me my deposit back making me unable to get a car that is not theirs.

Do not give them your business

This dealer lied to me about the car I purchased never being in an accident. The car fax was clean, but after closer inspection there was clear damage they were hiding. They also lied about my car never having recall work done, but when another dealer ran the vin it had. Their manager told me “we do not negotiate”. This car is problematic and there is no way they didn’t know seeing as they told me they were using it themselves for the last year. I paid top dollar for a cheap car.

Great service and staff assistance.

Great service and staff assistance. Our sales specialist, Patrick Gilliam was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and any concerns. We traded a vehicle and the manager was very knowledgeable and explained value and process. Great overall service.

Such an incredible experience all around and one of the

Such an incredible experience all around and one of the most professional and efficient car purchase experiences of my life! Patrick was an incredible sales specialist and knew his stuff. JR was also great to work with and he definitely found me the best deal possible to not only meet, but exceed my wants and needs. Only took 2 hours from start to finish (test drive, finance application, paperwork, etc.). I will HIGHLY recommend TruWorth to anyone looking for a car!

I have bought three vehicles from there, the first

I have bought three vehicles from there, the first vehicle I bought I never had any major issues, so I went back there and bought a second vehicle.It only took a week before I started having issues. My second vehicle has now been in a Ram dealership lot for 4 out of the 7 weeks I've owned it, and 2 of those the vehicle was basically un-drivable. I have said something to at least 5 employees, and no one cares. I figured maybe it was just a fluke and my wife bought a car there as well, the next day the a/c went out, I called them and they said they would call back on Monday to "make it right". I received no call towards the end of Monday so I called again, the person I talked to said something to the effect of "sounds like you should probably take it to a shop if you want it to have a/c."... Needless to say, my family will no longer go there.

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 25 years, TruWorth (Kokomo) has a nice variety of vehicles, the building is clean and spacious, but it's the people that made our experience the best. Courtney was awesome! She's knowledgable and makes the process easy. The finance guy worked to give us the best deal, the manager authorized a few needed repairs, the service manager was very efficient and friendly...in all, this was the best used vehicle purchase we've ever experienced!

Sold me a mustang, while even at a bad time to purchase

Sold me a mustang, while even at a bad time to purchase boy they can cover some issues. It leaks when it rains. Brake pads shot, clips not even installed correctly. Bent rims after going to the tire shop for a noise that quickly developed, as well as gear whine from the rear end that I’m sure was bandaided up until it was off the lot. Tire shop said my drivers left tire was from 2012. How can you sell someone a car like that??

Patrick did a great job of assisting us and helping with

Patrick did a great job of assisting us and helping with the sale of a 2017 Ford Escape. He made the process easy and wasn't pushy at all. I was very pleased with the service that he provided.

Transparency and service after the sale.

Transparency and service after the sale. I had an issue with the brakes after buying the car and they took care of it ASAP. Then, they found a way to SAVE ME some money without changing the finance terms because they were sorry about the issue. Dang! Who does that? Top notch dealer!
