TruWorth Auto - Kokomo, IN

We tried purchasing a used car from the Kokomo dealership and were driving 5-1/2 hours to buy it. The salesman and the manager both refused to sell us the car because we lived in Illinois / Out of State When we asked to speak to the owner they responded with that was ridiculous. We asked if we came to purchase the car with cash in hand would they sell it to us and again they said they could not. Said they got burned on a sale a couple weeks before and so now they won't sell to out of state people. They even advertise that they sell Nationwide. Their loss of a sale.

Very friendly staff and efficient service. JR was very welcoming and charismatic. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into something I didn't want. I would definitely recommend Truworth Auto and JR to anyone!!

The dealership was very relaxed, everyone inside was incredibly friendly and the actual car buying process was fast and pain free. Breath of fresh air after dealing with other predatory dealerships.

Easy to deal with and fair pricing upfront. No hassles. Tim was very helpful. Would recommend to others. Tough market right now in pricing and inventory. They appeared to be working very hard to overcome these struggles.

The staff at TruWorth told me they were non-commissioned and always tried to do the right thing. They are certainly people of their word and were more than fair with me following an unfortunate circumstance. In my circumstance, they were under no obligation to accommodate me but in fact did rescue me from a disastrous experience by doing the right thing.
