Enjoyable customer experience!!!

Excellent service by Alex. Stayed on top of things and delivers. This was our 5th vehical from Alex. We have shared our service experience with many people. Avoid Auto House with Dean Trostle

When I bought a car from auto partners, I wish I would have known they hadn't checked anything on the car. They got the car a few days before I bought it, and when I got it there was even a headlight out. Within a few weeks I had a leak in my roof where the sun roof wasn't sealed completely. I had Dean take the car back to fix it. They had it for a few weeks. Then a few months went by and summer hit. The ac tubing had several holes in it and the front breaks needed to be fixed asap. I was shocked they hadn't checked any of these things before selling it to someone. After getting a $900+ quote from another mechanic, I told Dean I wouldn't be paying for it when these things should have been fixed to begin with. He fixed it, and had my car again for a few weeks. When I got it back there was a horrible clunking sound in the trunk, and there was a clicking sound in the fan in the back. At this point I was done with all these issues, that should have been taken care of to begin with, so I sold the car back to dean. The biggest issue with selling it back was Dean quoted me the wrong price that I paid for the car and he screwed me over $2,000+. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from Auto House. I can show you texts where Dean completely avoided my questions. And every time I called he was on vacation.

Thieves

Terrible car, salvage, theft, cursed at me and stole my money, also added 3500 to my loan I didn't sign up for especially when they only cover 25 dollars 2 times 😑 . Stay away!!!!!! I have proof of all accusations and reviews from others with the same issue, I knew it was to good to be true a 2012 dodge charger.

fantastic experience

Tons of cars, they have practically everything. But what impressed me the most was their transparent pricing policy. There were no hidden fees or surprises during the negotiation process. I felt like I could trust them completely, which made me feel confident about my purchase. I would recommend them for sure. Dan is the man!

Dream Jeep

Best Experience

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had the privilege of being a part of. I let my consultant, Dan, know what I was looking for. He provided me with several options to choose from. He was not only willing to work with my personal bank, he was able to provide me with rates from several different credit unions and banks to make sure I had the best deal to fit my financial needs. His sincerity and honestly made me feel like I was making the right decision for me. He was able to provide me with so much information prior to my stepping on the lot that my purchase was quick and easy. I didn't have to spend all day on the lot to get the car that I wanted! I will definitely go back to AutoHouse Phoenix to see Dan again.

In love with my new (used) Camry

I recently had the most pleasant and stress-free car buying experience at Auto House. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by their friendly staff. The salesperson, Dan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot and patiently listened to my preferences and budget constraints. I am very happy with my new (used) Camry and my payment!

An Exemplary Experience

I was referred by my credit union. We were greeted and could have roamed the indoor "barn" at our leisure but elected to ask for directions. There was no pressure. Danny showed us cars based on our preferences, we sat in any car we chose, and finally found the car that fit our wants and needs. Once that decision was made, everything went smoothly and we drove away in our new (used) car. Great experience, especially after more than 20 years since the last time!
