My buying experience was flawless. Megan did a wonderful job in selling me my car. The dealership bought my car unseen and gave a good pay off. The financing... did not take all day and the manager was on top of everything. I visited another dealership and did not receive the same service. I drove a hour and half to buy from them I recommended their dealership.

Good customer service and was quick, and friendly,just waiting on to see what bmw says about blower motor,waiting on that! Other than that ,all was good!
While waiting, the dealership owner/ manager came by and asked if I needed anything and if all my needs were being met. Impressive!! I always have a great... experience here :)

If I could give 0 star, I WOULD. Please DO NOT do business with this dealership! Especially if you are MILITARY. I leased a BMW 5 Series from them in 2014... and everything was great because that transaction was done at their office. However, as I approached the end of my lease in 2017, they started sending me information about their pull-ahead program where they would forgive up to my last 3 payments but the kicker is you have to go back in to a similar vehicle. So my husband and I decided to lease from them again but we are stationed in MD and the transaction took place remotely where they sent me all my papers to sign. Well, I have been going back and forth with this dealership since September so that they can finalize my last 2 payment on the 2014 and close out that account. I was told by the Finance guy, Brad to give it some time as it need to process through the systems and it would reflect that they made those last 2 payment. Here it is December and I finally spoke to Brad again and he said he doesn't have record of me leasing a vehicle from them!!!! Where the hell did I get this BMW then???? Needless to say, I have been trying to talk to the General Manager, Michael Matthews for over a month and he hasn't called me back yet. To add insult to injury, I tried to reach out to my salesperson and he informed me that he had quit working there because the owners and management are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
I walked into BMW of Tuscaloosa looking for an insane deal. An outlandish deal. A deal that would offend and enrage any reasonable person...and a couple... hours later, I drove home in the car I wanted, with a smile on my face. It's rare that the experience of car-buying is an enjoyable one, but Arsenio Eatmon made it happen. He's a charismatic, courteous, professional guy, who wasn't just trying to make a sale, but wanted me to be happy with what I was buying and the price I was paying. Hats off too to Brad, the finance manager, who made the payment and document-signing process as easy as possible. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Give these guys a chance for your next auto purchase.
