Drew Niven did a great job.

Drew Niven did a great job. He’s a younger salesman and he’s working hard. I was looking for a vehicle for my soon-to-be 16-year-old and he nailed it. Excellent customer service. Always available via text or phone. He made sure that everything went really well. We are in Nashville and he’s down in Alabama. I relied on pictures, Carfax, and reports from him. And we are very happy with the vehicle. Thank you Drew!

Worst Service ver at BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama

Scheduled a appointment at BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama on 5/9/23 for service. Was assigned to Mike (service advisor) for BMW. I arrived to my appointment on time and approached the counter for assistance. Mike the service advisor was at the front desk when my daughter and I arrived. Mike never acknowledged or greeted us when we arrived , but continued to type and stare at his computer. We stood at the desk a couple of minutes and finally we were greeted by another service advisor by the name of Jordie who was pleasant and polite. Jordie explained she wasn’t my service advisor, but was checking me in for Mike who still never greeted or acknowledged we were there and continued to type and stare at his computer. I left my keys and left. Within 10 minutes after leaving BMW Mike who never acknowledged or greeted me or my daughter sent a text to my phone stating “ I could text him at anytime at BMW of Tuscaloosa during my service visit” even though he never acknowledged or greeted me while I was at BMW earlier. I texted Mike after 3 hrs to get a status update which he never returned a response. After another hot and a half I texted Mike again to get an update and he never responded back. I t was getting close to closing time so I made a trip to BMW to see what was status of my car service. When I arrived it was raining so as I was getting my umbrella I saw a man rushing in a running manner to lock the doors. When I got to the door Mike was at door with it locked stating we are closed. I was outside the door in the rain talking to Mike because he had the doors locked. I asked him about status of my car and Mike stated “ your car haven’t been touched we didn’t have time to get to you so your car has been pushed until tomorrow which would have been 5/10/23. I then told Mike just give me my keys to my car because at this point I was totally disgusted. Mike the stated”your keys are locked in the lock box and won’t be available until tomorrow.” I then stated “ I texted you twice and you didn’t respond and if he knew that my car wasn’t going to be serviced that he should have notified me earlier to let me know.” Mike then responded in a very rude and sarcastic manner “I’m not a mind reader “ we didn’t have time to get to your car today and I didn’t have time to text you to let you know because it’s was only him and another person working b/c they were short handed. I then stated “ if I had known that my car wasn’t going to be serviced I wouldn’t have wasted my time making an appointment and leaving my car at BMW all day for nothing. Mike then stated “ well you can pick it up in the morning and we ar closed” very rudely. I then left BMW and picked my car up the following morning 5/10/23. Overall, BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama has the worst service I’ve ever experience and don’t care or value every customer. Mike the service advisor for BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama has very,very poor customer service ethics and represents BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama poorly. I will never ever go back to BMW of Tuscaloosa again for anything or refer my family or friends to this horrible dealership(and I live in Tuscaloosa Alabama). I would rather go to Birmingham BMW where I am treated with politeness, respect and dignity. Beware stay away from BMW of Tuscaloosa Alabama.

Purchased a lemon

Purchased a certified preowned car May 13, 2022. I was told that the car was fine and passed all inspections and provided documents to accompany their supposed accusations. June 15, a little after having the car a month I experienced a drive train malfunctioned that disabled all power to the vehicle while in traffic. The car was taken back to the dealership where they diagnosed it with simply needing an update. The car was picked up June 17th. June 21 the car experienced the same drive train issues again but this time the car never was able to restore power again and had to be towed to the dealership. I was shuttled to my residence because according to them because they had no loaners available but they would get back to me by the end of the day with something. On June 22nd Mike the service rep reached out and told me that the car needed a new fuel tank, fuel pump, and Transfer pump. After days of waiting I received a call from Darrell on the 23rd stating that I would not be provided a loaner because of a falsified report from a shuttle driver and that they reserve the right not to provide a loaner. The dealership has left me with no vehicle or assistance with acquiring a vehicle for a car that was purchased from them a month and 10 days ago. On top of the fact that false reports were given to me saying that the car only needed an update to only report to me 6 days later that it needed major repairs. I would not recommend purchasing or taking your vehicle to them for repairs because of false reports being generated.

Purchased a lemon

Dishonest

Brought a used car from this dealership.They assured me that there were two keys until after the sale,then they said they were mistaken but they would have me a second key made and put that in writing, but since then I have called and left numerous messages with no response.I haven’t received any call back or a second key I am very disappointed in this dealership!!

Awesome team

My salesman, Nathan Jackson, was extremely helpful and very nice. I found the car I wanted. While on my test ride the driver’s window fell into the door. Nathan had the service dept repair the car and then delivered it to me 150 miles away. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great Buying Experience

My buying experience was flawless. Megan did a wonderful job in selling me my car. The dealership bought my car unseen and gave a good pay off. The financing did not take all day and the manager was on top of everything. I visited another dealership and did not receive the same service. I drove a hour and half to buy from them I recommended their dealership.
