Excellent, prompt service
I called several other dealerships for service prior to coming to Infiniti of Oceanside. I settled on the Oceanside location because they made me feel welcomed and answered non service related questions I had about my Q50 with concise, clear, and friendly responses. Alex and Melissa were the two service advisors had the pleasure of working with. As A regional trainer on basic hospitality/customer service within my company, it was extremely refreshing to be provided with the red carpet treatment.
