Brought 2015 wrangler for check engine light. Diagnose was not clear, random misfire on Tuesday. They told me they could look into it on Wednesday, I... stopped by on Thursday and was told it would be in the afternoon. I called to check on it Friday at 12:30, service rep said tech was at lunch and his computer was locked. Promised phone call after lunch. At 2 I stopped in, service tech had not even looked at it, was all lies. I had to ask 3 times for my keys. FCA emailed a service information to me, I filled it out. No response. FCA emailed to see if Stuteville contacted me yet, I replied no. That was 5 days ago.

I recently had my son's '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. It had been garaged for 2 years. The a. c. was not blowing out of vents. I asked if they... would check that out after performing recall service. They said a rat had built a nest in the a c.& they gave me a $1,400 estimate. I was on the phone to service dept & said I would hold off on repairs. When I arrived at dealer to pick up Jeep they then told me the repair on a.c. would be $1100+ I was charged $69 diagnostic fee + $7 for "some screws" We took the Jeep to a local mechanic who cleaned the rat's nest out ,added freon & charged $145. The a.c. is blowing cold clean air now. I'd like to know how Studeville came up with the $1100 estimate! I say "customer beware".
