We just bought our daughter a used Volkswagen EOS Convertable. My experience at Volkswagen of Marietta was wonderful. I had a very pleasant and knowledgeable Product Specialist, Whitney Starnes, she helped me from... the time I started inquiring about the 2019 Jetta until I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and no high pressure sales.
Called about getting the recall service performed. Got me easily scheduled for the same day. Dropped it off a little early, and it was ready when promised.... KT was very friendly and helpful.
After our experience on Saturday, I spoke with VW of Marietta on Monday. They were very professional in handling our situation. We were able to set aside... our differences and come to a mutual agreement. I was glad because our sales associates, Whitney and Sylvia, were a pleasure to work with.
My daughter took her car in for a recall. All personnel were very friendly. They even found that she had a gash in her tire and were nice enough to put... on her spare, so she could get it repaired.
Took my car in for a check on a problem and found out that it was a very different problem due to the expertise of the expertise of the staff. Felt very... comfortable with their opinion and safe in their candor.

Volkswagen of Marietta has lost my trust, patience and me as a customer. I will never recommend this service center to anyone I know. Since moving to Atlanta,... I have taken my vehicle to VW of Marietta to be serviced. Loyalty and relationships are clearly not valued to this location. In August I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it here to be diagnosed. I was told what needed to be replaced/repaired, and agreed. It was not an inexpensive fix, and I work hard for what I earn. Only last week the same issue happened to my vehicle, an issue that I assumed was fixed when I paid for my service in August. I called the service center, explained what happened, and was told was they "replaced" may or may not have been the cause of the issue, they just replaced it because it was likely the cause. I was told I should come back in for another diagnostic review. I was also told that what was replaced (and again it was replaced without knowing if it was the actual cause of the problem) could have been faulty, but they weren't sure. I took it the next morning for a second opinion at a specialty service center for German cars. The owner discussed that what was replaced in August was not likely the cause of the problem and he was sympathetic that I had spent money and time replacing something that was not the cause of the problem. I called VW of Marietta to discuss my distrust, frustrations, and feelings that I have been taken advantage of. I explained the situation to a nice woman in customer service who said she'd leave a message for the manager. A week later, he hasn't called back. Clearly, VW of Marietta does not care about the customers they mistreat, and I will do my best to ensure that others are aware of that.

VW of Marietta went beyond their means to accommodate our family at the dealership. Whitney Starnes, the sales rep, was amazing and very helpful. Whitney... was very detailed and made sure that our family felt at home. The finance manager, Amanda Cantrell, was also very friendly and made the process very smooth.
