I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and outstanding service that I received from the technicians at Matthews Chrysler Jeep ram. I was in town for a week doing work at a local college and had some major issues going on with my Dodge ram 2500. Not only did they fix my truck, but they had it done in one day. They understood how important it was for me to get that back since we tow our trailer that has all equipment in it. I had purchased a lifetime warranty in 2015 when I bought the truck and there was zero issues with them, honoring the warranty and making sure everything went smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about this dealer. People were friendly, kind, straightforward they did exactly what they said they would do. I I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. This place has some really deceptive advertising and business practices. Their prize mailers make it appear you won something valuable however it's impossible to know what you won. Classic bait and switch. If they are deceptive in their advertising practices I would bet they are also deceptive in their financing and portrayal of vehicle condition

just now NEW A salesman kept messaging me to come in and I told him several times I was not coming in because it was too far. He then had the audacity to say I was wasting his time (I have the email). They are about sales, not a relationship with a customer. I then tell him to not message me any longer and he continues to message me apparently out of spite. This behavior is not acceptable. Buyer beware. Terrible salesman. Management apparently did nothing about it when I brought it up to them.

Received a notice from Chrysler on a warranty recall. Went to Matthews and after a runaround was finally told their dealership was no longer honoring warranty from Chrysler. I took vehicle to A M Weekley in Butler and problem fixed no questions asked. A M Weekley is my preferred dealer after this episode.

The monopoly game is a scam. You call the number to provide the numbers on the flyer and they tell you you “congratulations you won $5,000” and to go to the dealership to “collect your your prize money”. In reality it’s a chance to win $5,000. Thanks for wasting my time, gas money and for putting over 80 miles on my lease for no reason.

This dealership is scamming people they Lord me in with a monopoly game P sing that I won $5000 which they refused to pay out then they tried to sell me a 2020 used Dodge ram big horn for 67000 and trying to tell me that was the best deal I will find for any Dodge ram and I was paying way below what I would pay for a new Dodge ram please peoplease people do your research before you go read the reviews this company and its marketing team are scamming innocent people out of their money

Almost fell for their scam. Seemed legit. Don't fall for it. Sent a mailer making it look like I won $5, 000, but when pressed found out that was not the case. Anyone who tries to get customers this way should not be trusted.
