I bought a new 2018 Denali pickup today from Mauer today ! I have purchased many vehicles through the years. This dealership provided me the best vehicle... purchasing experience ! Mark (sales rep) was awesome in listening to my needs ! The financing was very transparent on the front end thereby reducing buyer anxiety that I would may have experienced at another dealership. I would highly Mauer to anyone looking for purchase a used or new vehicle !!
Disappointed. They won't tell you a price even after a test drive. I was looking at a GMC Canyon and we went to Mauer GMC. Dan was our sales guy and... he was great, very friendly, had lots of information and listened to what we needed. We had a few more trucks to look at, Toyota and Nissan so we told them we would let them know. Later that day I let them know I would like to know the price of the truck; they said I had to come in. I told them repeatedly over several calls, and text messages over the course of a week, that I would like to know what their asking price was for the truck we looked at. They refused to give me a number. It is 2018; most dealers have online pricing, so you know what they want. I can be ok with not putting a price online but if a customer comes in and test drives, why not tell them the price of the car? You can say we need to have you in person to see if you qualify for any additional rebates or incentives, and it is ok to need you to come in for trade in values. It is not ok to refuse to tell a customer a price for a product you are selling. Avoid this dealer.
