I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 new from them in May 2018 it
I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 new from them in May 2018 it had around 70mi on the odometer vehicle wasn't listed as a demo. This week I had the abs module fail, essentially making it inoperable won't get out of park. It only has 32k miles on it, and only service I've ever had done was regular oil changes. The mechanic that did the troubleshooting told me that the part had paint pen writing on it and was secured with zip ties instead of being bolted on. He said they don't come from the factory like that and only used part dealers/junkyards will write on parts with a paint pen. I called part places like auto zone, dodge, etc and they all confirmed new oem parts are not written on with a paint pen. I called several other dodge dealers service departments and they all said the same and confirmed that abs module should not be secured with zip ties. I tried to work with Don Wood dealership to get the situation resolved. At first the service team member Jordan Doup tried to be helpful and wanted pictures of the part. I sent him the pictures my mechanic provided. Also attached with this message. Here's where things started getting really odd. I called back the next day asking if he's looked over the images and what the next steps would be. He told me that he's no longer authorized to speak on this matter it is out of his hands. He didn't refer me to anyone else to contact and nobody there is willing to speak about it. The BBB won't do anything because the purchase date was so long ago. I forwarded the information to the Ohio Attorney General.

The only issue I have had with them is that they told me they were waiting on parts to come in for it which they did and told me they would contact me when the car was ready to test drive which was supposed to be 3 days ago I but still have not heard from them.

I've purchased multiplet trucks here over the last few years since they opened in Rockbridge. I service all my family's vehicles here also. I'm always very happy with the quick and friendly service.

Can’t get Warranty and Gap Insurance refund.
I bought a jeep in June and bought an extended warranty and Gap insurance with it. Traded the jeep in August and was supposed to get a refund of thousands for the warranty and gap insurance. We have been trying for months with no success with many calls to different people that said they would help and never get any response. We even tried going through one of their other dealerships that said they would help with no success. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great Experience!
We were grateful to deal with Noah and he was exceptional. We told him what we were looking for and he found me a truck that we are so happy with. He stayed in contact with us constantly and answered any questions we had always staying true to his word.

Buying used car and trading in an older car.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Don Woods Jeep in Rockbridge Ohio. I usually hate dealerships and prefer online but people at Don Woods made my experience exceptional. My sales person, Noah Evans was terrific, and the finance group and sales management were easy to work with. They very honest and straight forward. Closed deal and drove off in a couple hours. The drive is worth it. Highly recommend.

Incredible
Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. It has been a pleasure to share this recommendation. - JM

Helpful and fair
We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership to check it out. The salesperson was very helpful and allowed us to negotiate a fair price on the trade-in and car in which we were interested. One hint though: if you use the online method make sure you read the fine print on the price listed.
