Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. It has been a pleasure to share this recommendation. - JM
Helpful and fair
We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership to check it out. The salesperson was very helpful and allowed us to negotiate a fair price on the trade-in and car in which we were interested. One hint though: if you use the online method make sure you read the fine print on the price listed.
Looking for a good used car at a reasonable price.
I agreed to buy a used car, and Jerry the salesman told me they had ordered parts and when they came in he would call me, and he did scheduled it in the next week and giving me a loaner car at no expense to me Thank you Jerry and Don Woods!!

Honest dealer who keeps their word
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this place is worth it. Every time I go to Don Wood Chrysler, I’m constantly reminded why I continue to go back - the people. The manager, Tanner, and all the staff have done an excellent job trying to find me a new Jeep (our lease is up). The Jeep is for my wife and so far, they’ve treated her like a person, not like some dumb blonde lady kicking tires. Everything they’ve told us has been truthful (I’ve verified a few of the things) and sincere. I’ve been around cars for many years and I can tell you that these folks at Don Wood know what they’re talking about. Other dealers should come here to mystery shop and learn how it’s supposed to be done. There’s no question about it, this dealer will always have my business - they’ve earned it! If you don’t feel the same way after visiting this place, then you’re obviously just hard to deal with in general cause this is a great place.
We had an excellent experience. They kept their word and followed through with negotiated agreements. Nick did a great job and saw that we were taken care of. Love our 2017 Jeep Wrangler.
They do not keep their word
AVOID THIS PLACE! They do not keep their word even when it is in the sales contact. Over a month and it's like pulling teeth, I've even had to get the BBB involved to try and get them to hold up their end of the deal. Of course there are no real consequences for them acting like this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
