Just a little history. I was Fremont Ford customer before the transition to Transwest. After the transition to Transwest, I took my truck in (it was a Monday morning, busy time), for a service. Walked into the service area, and there were 5 people behind the counter. 3 looking a 1 screen, and 2 on separate screens. Walked in, nobody looked up from the screen, and said good morning----we'll be with you in just a minute. After a while I left, and hadn't been back. Came back because I saw the truck I bought online, and it was exactly what I wanted. I could have had someone look for one, but they wouldn't have found the configuration I wanted. I always thought it ironic that the oil change lane was called "Quick Lane". Last time I was in(Transwest Ownership), lady in service did talk to me, and offered to make an appointment for service the next week. In the "purchase or lease" section below, how can you answer a question with an "OR" with a Yes/No?

Daniel Rameriz was very easy to work with and very informative. He answered all of f our questions and made sure we a good understanding of our new vehicle

I quite enjoyed my experience buying a vehicle here. Daniel was by himself on a Friday before a holiday. And yet, he was able to help several customers at the same time while remaining pleasant. I've been in a couple times to see about getting a different vehicle. The most impressive thing to me was my trade in evaluation. I always expect a low ball offer. Both times in the last year, they offered me more for my trade than I expected to get after a fight. It was refreshing, but also sad....I didn't get to negotiate. The offer was too good. This time I did pull the trigger and made purchase. My excellent trade allowed my new car payment to be the same as what I traded it! Michael, my sales guy was great. It was a painless and efficient process. When does that happen at a dealership!
