We've dealt with Drew Allen at Transwest and it's been out pleasure. We got the pleasure of working with Dan & having a long talk with Brian about collective cars. If you want a no pressure experience I strongly recommend. We didn't actually go there to buy a vehicle, we went there to sale our car. They were so willingly helpful I felt like supporting the business further was something I wanted to do. Thank you all, it was a pleasure.

Salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable of the vehicles and what options the vehicles had. Salesperson did not even get the name right on the application he filled out for the financing. During deal I asked for tint to be put on my front windows. He even gave me the company that does the tint. However that fell through the cracks and I said screw it, I will call the tint place myself. The one I picked was the one I found out did the tint for this dealer. Financing person was great with detail of the options of warranties and coverage, but did call me back in later to resign the contract of what Ford would not cover after I originally signed. I may have not accepted the new contract but my trade was already paid off with GM. The detail shop putting on products did a bad job the first time but dealer made it right and redid what they missed. Love the Maverick Tremor but there were a lot of miscommunication and errors that could have been avoided.

Michael and Transwest did a great job working with us to get the pickup we were looking at purchased. I would recommend giving them a call next time you’re looking for a new vehicle.
