The 2025 GMC Denali Crew Cab is our third vehicle purchase from Findlay GMC. Lowell and Sean were great to deal with. The new truck is beautiful. We received an agreeable trade in value on our previous Findlay purchased Denali truck. The new truck was cleaned and detailed while I went for breakfast. I will continue to recommend Findlay GMC to anyone who asks about the new truck!

I went in to purchase a used car from this dealership
I went in to purchase a used car from this dealership this morning. I thought all the numbers they had given me were solid. They told me how much they would give me for trade and the balance I would owe. However, about 45 minutes after we sat down with the salesman (and after having handed them the cashier's check that they told me I would need to close the deal) Mr. Grijalva came in and told me all the numbers they gave me previously were wrong and I would have to give them $10,000 more. We refused and walked. Buyer's Beware.

Service department performed repairs on my vehicle after
Service department performed repairs on my vehicle after a mouse had damaged the electrical wiring under the hood of my truck. A couple of months later I discovered the technician had got the turn signals backwards on the trailer system when I rented a trailer. I scheduled an appointment so the technician could change the wiring to the correct connections. Rather then complete the repair under the hood, where the incorrect connections were made, he chose the connector at the back of the truck. When he did this he damaged the connector. Rather then the Service department owning up to their mistake I had to file a claim on my service insurance and pay a $200 deductible.

Excellent service Friendly staff. Took our Cadillac in for A/C service and they did a great and fast job. Much better service than Lamb Chevrolet.

There was no high pressure as the salesmen there are salaried and not paid a commission. We've had two oil changes performed since the purchase. The service department representative (Troy) was very helpful. The service was performed as scheduled and within one hour. We have recommended Findlay GMC, Jeff and Troy to neighbors who complimented our truck.

Questionable ethics
Poor work. Over priced! Mechanics don't know what they are doing. Questionable ethics!! I scanned my vehicle before I took it to the dealer so I knew what was the problem. They said to was something else that had nothing to do with the problem!!!!
