I didn’t listen to the warnings from the previous reviews

I didn’t listen to the warnings from the previous reviews and I regret it. Agreed to pay cash for a truck and they tried to change the price. 🚩 I also took the truck a shop to get a pre-purchase inspection. When the report came back, the owner took it to “his shop” and their mechanic said that the issue the independent mechanic alerted me of was not true. However, I Gave them the benefit of the doubt, which was my fault. 🚩 🚩 After purchasing it, I Took the truck to another dealership to get a warranty through the manufacturer (which the sales manager tried to tell me I couldn’t do, even though I knew I could) and found out the vehicle had $5k worth of immediate repairs needed and that my truck would NOT pass a state inspection. Not even including the rattling engine that would need its own diagnosis.🚩🚩🚩 The vehicle looks amazing but that’s about it. I haven’t had the vehicle for a month and I’ve had to spend $1k on repairs. I’m trying to make it someone else’s problem before it cost me much more.

Very rude, very confrontational.

Very rude, very confrontational. Viewed a car, noticed some shady repair work and the overall condition of the car was not as described, salesman got in my face and stared me down when I asked why some damages weren't mentioned over the phone before I drove 2 hours to see the car. I decided to avoid escalating it, so I just thanked him for his time and left...but as I was walking out, the salesman called me an "---hole". I stopped and looked at him in disbelief and with a cocky tone, asked me, "Is there a problem?" How these crooks have managed to stay in business is a mystery to me.

Do Not Buy Their Extended Warranty!

Do Not Buy Their Extended Warranty! I have nothing negative to say about the car I purchased from Amir nor the experience I had. My complaint is that the $6,000 extended warranty was pushed as the ultimate warranty and that outside of normal wear and tear items, all will be covered. Read the fine print and you find several ways for Gold Standard to deny your claim. I just had one denied that involved my engine that cost me $5,500. They denied it because the initial failure was in my oil seperater that led to pressure in engine and damage. The rep had to point out some fine print on like page 10 that allowed them to get out of this one. When you purchase it, all they show is that everything is covered, so buyer beware. It's sad that you have to take the warranty to an attorney prior to signing it because of this language. They know exactly what they're doing and know they have the advantage to get out of paying claims.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Truck needed over $10,000 worth of repairs that they did not disclose. Horrible experience. Would not fix it. Said they fixed a thermostats but did not. The thermostat was later fixed by a dodge dealership. They lied about it.

Shady Dealership

Never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went with my nephew to purchase a truck from Auto Source less than a year ago, 30 minutes down the road the truck broke down just died in the middle of the highway. When I called them and said no deal Eddie Ford stated that the papers had already been signed and sent that they would see what they could do. It turns out the truck needed a new engine. After the truck being “in the shop” for three months we finally were able to go get the truck. My nephew drove it for three months and once when it broke down again. Long story short the truck has been in the shop for 6 months because it needed a new engine, the tech stated in his report that this was likely due to the engine being repaired inadequately before due to the head covers not being torqued to spec. We are now out 18,000.00 on this new engine because the three thousand dollar warranty they sold us will not cover the repair cost because the vehicle has been “modified” the modifications that are on the vehicle is how it was sold to us. I believe they knew this when they sold us the warranty. As others have said Eddie Ford stopped responding my phone calls and text soon after the vehicle broke down the first time. These people shady they sell crap vehicles and cannot be trusted.

Recently bought a 2021 truck from these guys from out of

Recently bought a 2021 truck from these guys from out of state. We were absolutely lied to on the condition. They sent us a video and purposely left out all of the damaged. We’ve got multiple texts stating the truck was in perfect condition and it was not. Eddie ford even told me over the phone that my perception of a clean truck differs from his which was absolutely rude and weird as a clean truck is a pretty easy and clear statement. Also they stated the truck went through a safety inspection before selling it but when we got it it stopped running the very next day and had to have the batteries replaced as they were not the correct batteries and the terminals were hitting the engine bay stabilizer bar and there was electrical tape on them also. It was a nasty issue. The bed has been repaired/painted and the paint is horrible and you can see runs in it. Also the bed is smashed into the cab of the truck. They clearly told us that there was perfect paint and no damaged.They have since stopped responding to us and they aren’t helping at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Yes we are already speaking to an attorney. I have asked them over 5 times already to send me a list of repairs that were done on their behalf to the truck before selling and they won’t respond. Also they have the extra key that they won’t send to us either. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I HAVE TEXTS AND VIDEO TO PROVE ALL OF THIS. ALSO TEXTS WITH FOUL LANGUAGE AND THREATS DIRECTED TOWARDS ME FROM EDDIE FOR REACHING OUT TO HIM AND POSTING MY REVIEW.
