I purchased a Ford focus from this dealer and my experience since purchasing the car has been TERRIBLE. Firstly the buying process was rushed and nothing was explained AT ALL because the salesman was in a rush to get home to his wife which as a paying customer is not my problem. Then I was told a part would be ordered to fix a window issue that was known about, no problem right? WRONG the part was never ordered. Then the battery light was on, I had to call and essentially harass these people for over a week to get a service appointment for an issue they already knew about. I was then left a voicemail to bring my car to another location and that they had set up an appointment for me, I get there to drop off my car and nobody has any clue what I'm talking about and no parts have been ordered yet (it's been 2 weeks) I was also told I would have a rental available whenever I needed a service appointment and guess what THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER so I was essentially stranded at the dealership where my car was being serviced. At this time we call the location down the road that we purchased the vehicle at and they offered to have someone that worked there give me a ride home, which in my opinion is completely unprofessional I'm a small girl alone and not riding home with some strange man. Overall I am pleased with the car but will NEVER use this service to purchase again due to complete lack of competency from its employees. We also went to try and work something out with the manager and he was scatter brained and spitting his dip into a cup at his desk while talking to us. Disgusting. If you plan on using Bob Johnson do not go through this location.

I went to 6 different dealerships and they all made it very difficult in the buying process. Then I spoke to Dom at bob Johnson certified and he explained everything very clearly and understandable. He made it easy for me to leave there with the car of my dreams.

Buying a used car is always stressful, with the worry of what kind of car am I really going to get to getting financed. Bob Johnson Certified Used Collection took all of that worry away. The street view of the dealership is clean and sleek, the lot is is easy to navigate and plenty of parking. When you walk into the show room it is light and bright and dare I make the comparison of walking into a modern spa, exposed metal and wood, it was comfortable and in a sense a calming environment to purchase a car. Josh Mancusso handled our transaction from the beginning to the end with such grace and professionalization. Our life is pretty crazy so trying to get everyone on the same page can be a challenge but it never showed to stress Josh. We were treated well and given the best opportunities with picking our new car and picking the financing that was going to work for us. We are so happy that we decided to try Bob Johnson Certified Used and would recommend to all of our family and friends. Great job done Josh and the rest of the staff at Bob Johnson Certified! So the wife and I were looking for a reliable vehicle to haul our family around in when my wife stumbled upon Bob Johnson certified collection. The vehicle had extremely low mileage and was basically brand new. For the price we could not justify buying a brand new vehicle after finding this one. Mainly because our finances are not great and we didn't want to put ourselves deeper in a hole. So we decided to go check out the Chevy Malibu at Bob Johnson pre-owned certified collection. When I walked into the dealership I immediately felt relaxed. Maybe it's because I wasn't mauled by 5 salesman when I walked in. Maybe it's because I wasn't pressured into buying something out of my price range. Or maybe it's because Ed, Sharon, and Tyler just made me feel completely at home. It wasn't all business to them. They spoke to me like I was another human being just like them. We discussed my family some of my life and some of theirs as well. It was one of the most Pleasant sales experiences I have ever had. I have found my new vehicle buying family. And I am confident to say that if you decide to buy a pre-owned certified vehicle that you NEED to check this place out. Because you too will walk out of these glass doors feeling exactly as I did after buying my Chevy Malibu 2008 with only nine thousand miles on it. All I know is I am 100% sure where I am buying my next pre-owned vehicle. And that is at Bob Johnson certified collection on 104 in Greece New York. The search to find a comfortable atmosphere and overly affordable pre-owned vehicle that is basically brand-new is over. If you want to be treated like a king one day and a peasant the next then I suggest you go to another dealership but if you are looking to be treated like family today, the next day, and all the days to come. We suffered a total loss and we were forced to purchase a car. We visited other dealerships that only concentrated on lowering a monthly payments, good except for "their" deal increased the price of the car by $1,200 over the life of the loan. My experience at Bob Johnson was just the opposite. They gave me 4 numbers, price, extended warranty options which was explained in full, APR and monthly payment. It was that simple. My salesman made it so easy, he was up front and honest. Given our situation we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had gone there with the intention of only going to looking at one car due to my car loan conditions. Josh the salesman opened my eyes to all the possibilities when I thought my options were limited. He was very friendly and wasn't a pushy salesman. He didn't only talk about the cars. He talked about other things and I liked that. He listened to all my requirements for a car and pointed me out to the best deal. I got a 2017 Altima with less then 800 miles on it. I never thought I'd get a brand new car. I thought I would have to have to get a car with 60,000 to 100,000 miles on it. My girlfriend and I thought Josh was friendly and personable. We would recommend buying a car from him to everyone we know. Overall I had a great first time buyer car experience, they have a great selection, great value. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car because you get the most bang for your buck.
