Genesis West Chester and its staff Michael Hearn gave me

Genesis West Chester and its staff Michael Hearn gave me the worst shopping experience in my life. Very not responsive and arguably showed no interest in dealing from day one. If Genesis wants to up the game to excel in the luxury auto segment, you should reevaluate dealers like such. My family own/owned (all brand new if that matters) Maserati, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Rover and Acura and I have never seen a dealer like Genesis West Chester. For this encounter with Genesis West Chester and Michael Hearn, I decided to stop considering Genesis at this moment.

Terrible place to do business.

Terrible place to do business. Awful leadership & management. No sense of urgency, no communication, disrespectful, unapologetic to things they do wrong. GM & SM don’t leave their chairs to introduce themselves. Service is awful as well. Unless you are purchasing a $74K Genesis. I would recommend a dealer like Faulkner - in NE PHILLY.

I drove 90mins to this location since it is the closest

I drove 90mins to this location since it is the closest to my home and asked specifically for any software updates needed for my GV80. I was not given any updates even though it says all updates were performed on my invoice. I made an appointment at the Bel Air location, even though it's 30mins further for me. Bel Air is a dedicated Genesis dealership and service center. Additionally, the West Chester location waiting area needs serious updates. It is not well lit and the waiting area is unwelcoming and lacks any sense of being comfortable. I was one of the first appointments and the coffee was cold. I had to go to the Piazza Acura dealership next door to get better lighting and a hot cup of coffee.

Tried to schedule an oil change on a vehicle that is 2

Tried to schedule an oil change on a vehicle that is 2 years old and according to their sales pitch would get free oil changes and I was told that their next appointment was in 2 months... Really? I had another Hyundai about 10 years ago and it was so easy to schedule in the same dealership. After that I got an Accura and decided to go back to Hyundai, well it looks like it will be my last Hyundai, since it feels that their free oild changes is a lot of bait and switch..

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, when I

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, when I picked it up, it was backed into a dirt mound, dirt was encrusted in the bumper and the hitch as well as grease handprints on the inside door and center console. I can’t understand how they can be so careless with such expensive other peoples property that we trust you to take care of and pay you to do so, what a disgrace, Hertech Hyundai, here I come. Done with Piazza!
