My wife called and wanted a otd price. A female sent one. The she asked for possibly a lower offer. The response was "You got the figure". Went to Fred Beans and received a good offer and was taken care of. Top notch.

My experience @ Piazza Genesis was fabulous. Stephan did a great job and was very professional. Dillon was also very efficient, personal and professional. My overall experience was fantastic. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Great job!!

I’ve purchased six Hyundai vehicles over the years for my home and business, but the service at Piazza Hyundai has completely broken my trust. The Delay: My car sat at the dealership from January 20th to February 28th. For 40 days, I was given a revolving door of excuses—backorders, shipping errors, and finger-pointing at corporate—none of which held water. The Quality: This is the second time the exhaust system has failed since May 2025. I’m now driving a vehicle that has spent more time in the shop than on the road for the same recurring issue. The Communication: Getting a straight answer was impossible. Every time I questioned the timeline, the story changed. As a loyal Hyundai owner, I expected professional service and a permanent fix. Instead, I got six weeks of "one excuse after another." I will not be purchasing my seventh Hyundai from this location—or likely at all—until someone takes ownership of this failure. Avoid this service department if you value your time and honesty.

Bought a gently used car from them in Nov 2025. They specifically told me Sirius satellite capability was set up and ready to go. This was not the case. To fix the situation, I would have had to pay several hundred dollars and they would not cover it. They just gave me run-around toggling between managers who would not take responsibility for their mistake. They also were supposed to send me a second keyfob because the back-up had no battery the day I bought the car. I am still waiting for that. I have called numerous times and even went there (which is quite a distance from where I live.) Will not use them again and would not recommend them. They just seemed to care about making a sale with no regard for customer satisfaction. I feel they were dishonest and unresponsive. They had an opportunity to rectify the problem quite easily and chose not to.

Asked for a simple OTD quote via email. The rep, Jodi Matheson, just sent a mechanical automated reply pushing me to text her. When I asked for the written OTD a second time, she completely raged, refused to give the price, and arrogantly told me I only get "one chance" to buy from her. Toxic, unprofessional, and zero transparency. Avoid this place.

Do not go here! I called and spoke with Dave in sales to inquire about a new Hyundai. He treated me like I was trying to commit fraud by simply asking questions for my husband about buying a car. All I did was ask him if my husband and I could come in and look at a car and possibly do a deal. He has no experience buying a car whereas I do. So I was just trying to help my husband. Yes the car would be for us both but he said that’s not possible if he is financing the car by himself. I explained that my credit is terrible which is why he was financing it. He was extremely rude and I mean extremely. At one point he yelled at me and told me to have my husband call back if we wanted to buy a car. Then he hung up on me. Maybe he’s homophobic or just that he doesn’t want to help because he doesn’t want to do the necessary work to help someone who actually wants to buy a car. I’m disgusted and will never ever give you guys my business and will advise everyone I know to stay away from this dealership too. Furthermore, I intend to file a BBB complaint and will be hiring an attorney for possible legal action for clear discrimination.

Everyone at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, PA, was friendly and helpful. My wife and I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 from Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, PA, and couldn't be happier with the experience! My salesperson, Victor, was fantastic. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process without any pressure. Victor answered the hundreds of questions I had about the Ioniq 6 and owning an EV. The communication was quick, and Victor explained all the fees in a clear and understandable way. The final price was exactly as negotiated, including the trade-in. I love the new level of one-pedal braking that the Ioniq 6 has, along with its smooth handling and many advanced safety features. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Victor and the team at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, PA, to anyone looking for a Hyundai Certified Used Vehicle or a new car! I also want to thank Dennis for his helpful review of the offer I made online and for confirming details before I scheduled an appointment to test drive the Ioniq 6. Shauna was also helpful with my online negotiation and verifying warranty details. Tyler in the finance department was very helpful and friendly. He explained options very clearly, without pressure. Tyler is also knowledgeable about EV ownership and recommended apps to download.

Terrible communication. The manager, Dave, left me on “read” and never responded after letting him know I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased. A simple “sorry to hear you’re having an issue, let me know what I can do to make it right” would have put me at ease. Instead, I had to reach out multiple times to the dealership, dealerships closer to me, and ultimately Hyundai corporate to have my issue looked at. Not a great way to feel after purchasing a brand new vehicle. It should have been a super simple transaction, I was happy with msrp, fine taking a bit less for my trade in then I could have gotten, just wanted a simple, easy purchase. Instead, this will go down as one of the most unprofessional interactions of my life. Thankfully, I never have to deal with this dealership again. Go anywhere else with your business if you want to feel respected and valued as a customer.
