I am not the type to write reviews, but I could not let

I am not the type to write reviews, but I could not let my experience here go unpublicized. My Range Rover purchase from this dealership was great! The purchasing process was easy and effortless. Where TW Motors went above and beyond was the days following my purchase. I think we all understand that even when a used vehicle is fully checked before sale, some issues may arise that are unforeseen. My truck did end up having an issue days after purchase and of course I freaked out and called the dealership worried and upset! The owner Troy spoke with me and calmed me down and told me not to worry, bring it to a mechanic of my choice and that he would cover the repair. The repair was made and he made the payment directly to the repair shop. I have never had an experience like this but the way this unexpectancy was handled gives me more confidence in Troy and TW Motors than I have ever had in any other dealership. His honesty and fairness has won me over as my first choice for any future purchases.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The same night I drove it off the lot the left signal light was broken and the tire needed air. I did not realized that somehow water was leaking into the front seats. I assumed it was washed. The engine light came on again a week later, I took it to the Jeep dealer shop they told me the thermostat was broken all the while I spoke to Juan Carlos the person who sold me the car, he kept telling me not to worry it was probably the gas cap to make sure to close it. After $500 in repairs he told me I should had brought it to their shop the same person who was telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. I really hope this car was not seating in a flooded area and more damages come up later on. The door hinges were rusted and no prior history on the car. The salesperson came up with a lame story about it. Also the car was advertised for a lower price in carguru when I got there 2 hours later the car’ s price bumped from $23.000 to $29.000 had they advertised the real price, I would have never gone there. All in all they have no idea about what’s wrong with the car( or cars they sell), they DO NOT service them with a 150 point check like CarMax or Carvana and fees/taxes are a joke. DO NOT shop there don’t waste your time and your hard earned money. They are not registered with the better business bureau, they are just a second hand dealership with no sense of responsibility and they do not stand behind their word. They only give you 30 days of their warranty they don’t abide by it and wait for the other warranty that you purchased to kick in 30 days later. This statement is truthful and I have stated facts, lastly after you sign the contract you are in your own.

DAVE IS A LIAR DONT SHOP HERE!! SCAMMER!

DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! DAVE IS A LIAR SCAM ARTIST! I purchased a 2019 dodge ram 1500 from Dave at long island motors only to get scammed! Dave buys cars at auctions that have been in accidents and fixes them under the table if you know what i mean. Even if it has frame damage! It didnt pop up on car fax because its under the table. The truck i bought 2 days later started making all sorts of squeeking sounds from the front end and Dave tells me hes going to fix it. Long story short brought it to 5 mechanics including DOdge dealership and the all told me it was in a bad accident with frame damage. I had truck for 3 months only to have it in shop the whole time. I had to pay for taxis and mechanic expenses since daves mechanic jerked me around the whole time. When i showed Dave the pictures of truck i found on internet after researching truck for a while you can see Dave bought it for 17grand and sold it to me for 36grand I told him i wanted a refund but he refuses to pay me my last 1,500$ That i paid for the truck. He told me that he is not the owner which it says he is under the reviews and to take him to court! The whole time Dave was promising me he would make this rite and he even said he would get me a brand new truck for a few grand more which he lied about that also. I wasted a ton of time and money going here and if he did his $1,800 inspection on the car that they charge you for when you buy a car from here they wouldve seen the spacers between the frame and bumper. I must say he scamed me through the whole 3 months worst idea ever shopping here

Great customer service

Went here to purchase a vehicle for myself. Purchased a 2017 benz c300. When I tell you these people were amazing, I would be underselling this statement. Beyond impressed and satisfied. so satisfied that I actually send my son to also purchase a vehicle. They are upfront and tell you everything before hand. Great place!
